Yay, another tag game, thanks ^-^ Okay, this is super random. When I rejoined Tumblr with this account in 2022, I wanted it to be separate from my other online accounts. Not that this account is super secret or anything, but still. And then I couldn't think of anything! I wanted to create a new account but I had no idea what to call it for like two days. This song was stuck in my head at the time: kinda sorta by guardin

I was confused, what does that even mean? Turns out, it's this parasitic organism thingy(?) that latches on to plants and causes a ton of problems. And I don't know, I just liked that line "I am such a fungi / fun guy like this parasitic organism" :D So I just went with that to FINALLY create a new account, and haven't changed it since. I love knowing why people chose a specific name!

When I joined my student society, they had a rule: nobody can have the same name. This makes it very easy to know who you are referring to when you talk about people. My birthname is very unique, so I didn't have to pick a new name, but I liked the idea of joining the tradition. People often pick past nicknames, something related to their hobbies, or something they are a fan of. Since I was doing archery back then, I wanted Diana or Artemis, but they were taken already. Even Archer was. So I ended up taking Arrow, and I'm still very happy with that choice. Since lots of my friends know me through the student society, about half of the time someone calls me by name, it's Arrow now.

But that's half of the story, because my username is celgaha, not Arrow. This is because my girlfriend, whom I also met at the society, speaks a little bit of the conlang lojban. Just for fun, I have also learned some of it, though I'm not actively studying it. And celga'a is the lojban word for arrow! When the apostrophe is not available, it is substituted by an h. The pronunciation is shell-GA-a.

Extra fun fact, my girlfriend's parents call me Стрелка (Strelka), which means little arrow in Russian.

Food from a game... 🤔 Not sure it counts as food, but I'd love to have the tea set from Professor Layton and Pandora's Box and help people with it. And the pancakes from the pancake lady in that game!

I think the only other game I play where food is a thing is Vintage Story, and the food there is all pretty basic (porridges and stews) and don't contain any fantasy ingredients, so I don't think they would be all that interesting.
