Kyoko and Byakuya are the most reluctant to believe in the supernatural because they've never seen this supposed silhouette that their classmates claim to see.

I imagine Sakura is 50/50 because she knows Aoi wouldn't lie about these kinds of things, but she'd also have her doubts (Nagito feels a little intimidated).

Hinata not only joins Project Kamukura to acquire talent but also to save Nagito's life from his illnesses! Only to indirectly end up killing his best friend as Kamukura.

And oh my god, the reunion! Nagito is about to shoot Junko only for Izuru to intervene and say, "Hinata-kun… you look different?" Because Nagito doesn't know how to react to his friend's change in Izuru.

And I also thought about how the class representative election would be, and I couldn't help but imagine how Professor Chisa would come up with something fun, like paintball, and the last one standing would be the class representative.

So they can't help but imagine Nagito as Makoto if circumstances were better and he were more mentally and physically healthy.

(I also planned for Makoto and Nagito to meet before the tragedy, since Makoto approached him because he was another Ultimate Lucky Student.)

Honestly, I see IA Nagito as being more influenced by Hajime's memories than by the class, because of everyone, he was the one who knew Nagito best and saw him in all his facets before he went to Project Kamukura.

Nagito simply accepts it since he knows he's not a living being, and his mission is to make Class 77-B one. However, some still give him the benefit of the doubt because there's no proof he started it.

I'm also thinking about moments between him, Monukuma, and Monomi, since Monukuma loves to tease his two new siblings (mainly AI Nagito, being the youngest of the three AIs, and he tries to corrupt his code to make him join him).

Also hhehehe—I can see a lot of conflict for that, since I think AI Nagito would still hate Despair, so his rivalry with Monokuma could be more intense.

For some reason, I can see the Remnants having mixed feelings about Naegi Makoto (especially Chiaki and Izuru) because he's also an Ultimate Lucky Student and because Junko revealed to them that Nagito Komaeda's name is an anagram of "Naegi Makoto Da."

So they can't help but imagine Nagito as Makoto if circumstances were better and he were more mentally and physically healthy.

(I also planned for Makoto and Nagito to meet before the tragedy, since Makoto approached him because he was another Ultimate Lucky Student.)

Honestly, I see IA Nagito as being more influenced by Hajime's memories than by the class, because of everyone, he was the one who knew Nagito best and saw him in all his facets before he went to Project Kamukura.

I also imagine him healthy because one of Hajime's reasons for joining Project Kamukura is so he can cure Nagito of his illnesses and he can live happily. So I think IA Nagito would say something like: "I was always a rather sickly child, but thanks to the doctors I was able to recover very well, although I still have some aftereffects."

I also think there will be a subplot about discovering Hajime's talent with AI Nagito, so they're trying everything to find out what his talents are (we don't know how AI Nagito's smile breaks because he knows the truth).

Juzo and Nagito's friendship stems from both having unrequited love, but they would do anything for each other to achieve their goals, and both died at the hands of the same person…

Their meeting is an accident where Nagito's luck puts him in a very risky situation, and Hajime saves him, making everything awkward since Nagito is used to dealing with this kind of thing on his own.

They part with an awkward thank you and goodbye because Nagito isn't exactly the most sociable cookie, but his luck leads them to meet several times, and they start talking and communicating. This is probably how their friendship will begin.

I think their friendship would go much better, and they could both be more honest with each other. As for Project Kamukura, I can see Hinata joining to save Nagito from his illnesses (he told her about them when he was very vulnerable…).

And to make matters worse, in their second-to-last meeting, Nagito gave Hinata a gift because, being his first friend, he wanted to give him something special (I'm still debating what it should be, but I want it to be something symbolic for both of them, like a couple's necklace that says "Best Friends" and has a picture of him and Hinata on each one!).

Then Hinata says goodbye to Nagito (much more sentimentally than when he said goodbye to Chiaki), and he tries to stop him because he doesn't want to lose his friend. (Sorry if you've left the Danganronpa fandom, but I wanted your opinion on this.)

Hinata not only joins Project Kamukura to acquire talent but also to save Nagito's life from his illnesses! Only to indirectly end up killing his best friend as Kamukura.

And oh my god, the reunion! Nagito is about to shoot Junko only for Izuru to intervene and say, "Hinata-kun… you look different?" Because Nagito doesn't know how to react to his friend's change in Izuru.

And I also thought about how the class representative election would be, and I couldn't help but imagine how Professor Chisa would come up with something fun, like paintball, and the last one standing would be the class representative.

Interestingly, I also thought about Juzo and Chisa switching places, or more specifically, Juzo being the one who ends up falling into despair instead of Chisa, because I can just imagine him and Nagito interacting.

I've also thought about the Neo-World… honestly, I still see Teruteru as the one who's been blackened, but I really want to make some changes regarding the victims… and I want to explore the dynamics of each character more before the murders begin.

Yeah it’s usually Philip who’s in danger huh? I guess it makes sense, the museum is after him and outside of the suit he’s not particularly strong.

But I love the idea of Fuuto’s favorite half boiled detective being in danger and everyone Shotaro knows bands together to help Ryuu and Philip rescue him after everything he’s done for them. Could’ve also been an excuse to use Kamen Rider Cyclone outside of the novel.

Also can’t forget Akiko charging in armed with her slippers to rescue her half boiled employee.

I don't know if it would get to the point that he would hate other people physically, say, giving him a high-five or something. But there's definitely a not-so-healthy bond there.

I feel like, in this case, it's more of a worry that Shotaro may try to plan something behind Raito's back in order to escape this whole "being an Another Rider" situation. He probably keeps a close enough eye on him to make sure he isn't running around on his own for too long.

Another aspect is that Shotaro may have some complex thoughts on the matter. He doesn't see Raito himself as evil. (both in the regular timeline and this AU, Raito's been being used by Museum up to Begin's Night. The big difference here is now, thanks to the ridewatch, he's still stuck afterwards in a way.) So Shotaro wouldn't want to straight-up sever his bond with Raito, in the slight hopes that maybe, just maybe, he can help bring Raito with him out of this situation.
