Go hearty or go home. On a day like today after a crazy busy week, starting off with something sweet + savory is just what we needed. Super simple to do... Pop a fresh yam (sweet potato) in the oven at 425 for 30 minutes. When it's piping hot, pinch to open, smash in a handful of sautéed Swiss chard or arugula (mine came from our front garden - amazing) some glazed shallots, lots of ripe avocado, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and top it off with a healthy sprinkle of turmeric and black pepper and you're golden. #fridayfeast #tgif #recipeoftheday #farmtotable #organic #vegan #paleo #glutenfree
