Ethan’s heart flipped unnecessarily when Chester met his eyes, a reckless ‘come and get me’ smile on his face. Of course the ‘come and get me’ was in regards to quidditch. Not exactly Ethan’s first choice, but better than nothing. Not for the first time Ethan reminded himself that Chester wanted to be straight. Probably was straight. It didn’t matter either way. Ethan shook his head, sending droplets of water spinning of his hair to mix with the rain, and responded to Chester’s taunt. “No one tops me Selwyn. Especially not in quidditch.”
Chester hadn't bothered changing into his quidditch gear, so his Slytherin robes were beginning to cling to his shoulders and arms. On top of that, he only had a vague outline of how to settle their ego battle. Chester wrinkled his nose as Ethan shook his hair, a few stray droplets deciding to land on his face. But he bit his lip through a smile, eyebrows raised as he raked his eyes over Ethan. "Uh-huh, sure, whatever you say Adessi," translation? It's cute you think that. "Right so, do we want to brave letting loose a bludger? Or d'you think a quaffles best suited?"
