Feelings that are common and natural for females:

overwhelmed by stress

confused by decisions

Time out

This one is probably the least intrusive step up from lecture, but still below spanking and other more serious forms of chastisement. There’s a lot of different ways to do it, you can go as simple as telling her to take some time in her room to cool down, or get more formal by having her stand facing a wall or corner. Some are creative and have a special place or stool like a wicker chair or studded stool that is uncomfortable to sit on.

Time out is a great way to slow things down, and it helps to put her in a better place to think things through. You can give a set amount of time, or just have her take enough time to cool off in time out before starting to lecture. Having her answer questions while standing in the corner and discuss the issue is a good way to reinforce the authority and submission structure in a lecture.

A general time out in the bedroom is primarily for her to cool down, think through things and maybe read something or write out her thoughts and feelings before you go into a lecture or other corrective measure.

Using corner time to discipline can be tricky, but it is effective even at a distance through a video call. Key elements of corner time over a general time out are limiting what she’s looking at by having her face a wall or stand/sit in the corner. This way, distractions are removed and you are reinforcing the authority and submission dynamic.

One of the ways I have escalated corner time to help increase focus and compliance is to change up the position during the conversation as needed. I’ll have her stand facing the wall, and if there is still an attitude, or she isn’t standing still and remaining focused, I’ll have her drop her pants or raise her skirt. From there, if the problem persists, she will bare her bottom, or be told to kneel, or I’ll change the position her hands are in like having her cross her arms behind her, place her hands on her head and so on. Requiring her to adopt a specific posture in the beginning is important, and her body language will tell you whether she is submitting or maintaining the attitude.

When using corner time as a punishment, you’re looking for a change in attitude. The tone should drop, she should be respectful with her answers to questions. No more flouncing about, snapping or forgetting to answer with “sir” as the discipline progresses.

A leather collar with a metal ring is not that. It is a deliberate claim placed around the throat that once belonged only to itself. The leather marks the body as taken. The metal ring is not ornament. it is the point of attachment, the place where control is exercised, where the owned one is held, led, and reminded that her will no longer leads.
