Of course! <3 The EAH OT3 is Apple x Raven x Darling, mostly because Apple and Raven is my OG ship since the beginning. And then Darling was introduced towards the end of the show and she fell in so perfectly with both Apple and Raven to me.
The idea of Darling being Apple's destined Prince Charming is narratively delicious to me. I think Apple would try to perform her role as Darling's princess, since performance is all she knows about relationships (there's that pesky compulsory het), but she wouldn't exactly warm up to Darling until they get to know each other better and their relationship is a slow and steady falling in love. I think it would be difficult for Darling, who has had feelings for Apple since they were children. I like to think Darling was envious of Daring, not just for the way their parents encouraged him to adventure and fight, but because of the time he always spent with Apple.
I also have a (mature?) Adventurer AU where I think Darling would make a perfect knight for older queens Apple and Raven. That AU is pretty much an excuse for me to explore Darling's repressed and guilty character and sexuality. I think a service relationship with Apple and Raven would be a good place for Darling to pour her reckless devotion, where Apple is more tender and Raven, more sadistic, but both love her and each other very much.
