Welcome to the cat distribution system.
We are a government entity making sure all beings are assigned a feline as part of required quality of life stimulus.
Which government? Not an earthly one. Don't worry about it.
We also cannot advise how other departments within the government operate or where our funding comes from. For further information please contact your local plane of existences representative.
Felines will be assigned as local supply allows. Or as randomly chosen by lottery.
Please rest assured all beings will receive equivalent feline quotient as per life circumstances be allowed.
Do not be distressed if others receive multiple stimulus packages before you receive yours. All beings will receive their allotted felines.
If urgent you can pick up your stimulus package from your local earthly organization. Commonly referred to as an animal shelter.
We ask you please remain available to receiving your stimulus at all times. If package missed or unable to be received at time of delivery you will be put back into queue until next availability.
Those found to properly manage their stimulus will be assigned for additional distributions.
