Karmen: I really didn't! My knowledge of pop culture is sorely lacking, so I'd actually really appreciation a marathon night LOL. I would be very in! You weren't popular? Really? But you're so cool! Isn't it the age of nerds being cool or do I just think so because of Malcolm?

Karmen: Oooooh well, that depends. I could technically graduate this year if I choose to and if I do, then I'm probably not coming back seeing as I have to run my empire... so if I don't enroll in fall classes, I'm in!

Caspar: There's nothing wrong with that! You're in your twenties, it's not too late to discover new things! In fact, it's /never/ too late. Let's do it then 😄 Nowhere close to being popular. Maybe people appreciate us more now, but back in the day I don't think that was the case. Being nerdy and wearing glasses made me an easy victim, I guess. Yeah, but Malcolm is WAY cooler than I am 😎 Thanks though.

Karmen: I didn't know there were three of those movies! I only saw the first one but it was very well done, I can see why you'd be upset at missing a chance to celebrate in a very cool and accessible way to you.

Karmen: I'm sure I'm not the first person to point out that it's never too late for sleepover parties. Most frat parties turn into unofficial sleepovers because everybody passes out, after all, and my dad throws an annual sleepover at our castle for morale! Just a thought.

Caspar: You really didn't?? Now I feel obligated to make a Night at the Museum marathon happen in our cottage. Would you be up for that? 😃 I'd have to ask Rosalie and Tori too of course, but I'm sure they would be cool. Yeah, exactly. I'll get over it, though. I wasn't really popular around my classmates back then, so they probably wouldn't even have shown up anyway, to a nerdy sleepover on the most nerdy location ever.

Melody: oh but Night at the Museum sounds so fun! We could take pictures with all the artifacts and you know...promise your parents that we won't break anything. 😜 I wouldn't say that the opportunity is missed!

Caspar: You really think so? 😃 Yes, that's exactly what I was thinking! 😚 Well, my parents love you so I'm sure that when they find out you're involved, they won't worry for a second about the artifacts. We can be VERY responsible when we wanna be!

Astrid: This message totally reads a lot like 'I want my awesome friend Astrid to talk to my parents about throwing me a surprise party in my family's museum this year'!!! Hint totally taken!

Caspar: I didn't mean to put any hidden message behind this message, honestly 😂 But that's really sweet Astrid. That you'd organize a surprise party for me. You're a great friend!

TORI: 1) One is never simply too old for sleepovers! 2) The museum's still there, you could still do it. Although 3) Your parents probably would have said no since there's no magic in Walt and your friends would have been disappointed when the exhibits didn't all wake up and turn into Robin Williams :-p

Sparrow: Did you really send all of this just to say it sucks that you aren't having a sleepover for your birthday? THROW THE SLEEPOVER MAN.

Caspar: I’m sorry for my crazy rambling 😂 I guess I should’ve found another place to tell this story than through a lengthy text message.

Caspar: I was lying awake the other day, and since it’s almost my birthday I couldn’t help but wonder... when I was little, why the heck did I never ask my parents if I could hold a birthday sleepover party at their museum? 🤔

Caspar: Night At The Museum was ALL the rage back then. They made three movies! THREE! I have cool parents that own a museum. I could’ve made it happen in real life. Maybe the kids would’ve liked me way more and would’ve accepted me in their group??? Not that I cared so much about being popular. I just guess it would’ve been nice. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Mel,

First of all, I can’t thank you enough for giving me a home to celebrate the holidays in this year. You knew my family is currently traveling around and that I couldn’t head home this Winter break -- it means so much to me that I get to spend Christmas with you instead. I truly hope that one day I’ll be able to invite you over for the holidays too, whether it’s in London or at our house in the jungle.

Can I just say how proud I am for all the decisions you’ve been able to make this year? I can’t imagine how hard all of it must’ve been on you and I hope I’ve been more of a blessing than a burden through the whole process. It brought me so much joy to see your happiness grow so much these past few months, since you accepted the manager position. You’re the strongest person I know and such a hard worker and everyone at Sirenbucks is crazy lucky to have you around to keep the place alive. I am crazy lucky to have you too for that matter. 

I know this is technically only our first Christmas as a couple, but I’m positive this will be the first of many. I want to spend every Christmas of the rest of my life with you, Melody Triton. I hope you enjoy the presents I got you -- you deserve it like no other.

marry: @mclodytriton. she’s the natural pick for me, obviously! if I ever get to marry her one day I’d be the happiest guy in the world! even if marriage isn’t on her mind, it doesn’t matter much as long as she’s by my side.

kill: @toridarling. I swear I don’t hate you! it’s just -- because you’re Mel’s ex-girlfriend, I really couldn’t pick you for the first thing ‘cause that would’ve made things a thousands times worse. not worse than killing anybody, of course, but you get my point.

Caspar was clapping his hands and loudly cheering along with the rest of the audience, as Lemonade Mouth left the stage. He had been to WaltFest a couple times already, along with Mel, but this concert already made it to his top five, which was pretty ironic since he didn’t really know Lemonade Mouth all that well. As the crowd started to leave, Cas turned to his girlfriend with a broad smile on his face. “That. Was. Awesome!” he shouted enthusiastically, putting his hands up in the air, pretty sure that Melody would agree with him. “I’m really glad you dragged me along, ‘cause wow. I really wouldn’t have wanted to miss that. The vibe, the crowd, the instrumentals, the catchy songs, the crazy rap verses – I can see why these guys are so popular.” His little rant was cut off by the sound and feeling of his stomach growling. “Shall we go grab something to eat? All this dancing really made me hungry,” he chuckled.
