I guess there’s no point in hiding it. Yes, I’m on Tinderella again. After spending almost all summer at home, it was great to be back in Walt. Rayna missed the people, and the quiet of the little town sometimes was exactly what she needed after a busy summer of seeing firsthand what it would be like to rule her kingdom someday. She’d decided to do the party in style, inflating a pineapple floaty to relax in for most of the day, except it seemed that the world had other plans for her as the air started to seep out of her floaty through a hole. Her eyes, which had been tilted up towards the sun, finally snapped open as she sank so low into the water that it reached her neck, and she laughed half-heartedly to the first person walking by. “Think a princess has ever drowned because they were too comfortable in their sinking pineapple to move before?” she asked.
Goob had been sipping on what he assumed was an alcoholic beverage by the pool for at least thirty minutes. He probably looked kinda creepy sitting by himself in the shade, but then again, no one probably noticed him at all. It was nothing personal, he just usually didn’t wander out to these kind of events, but he was feeling like he needed a change today. He’d just been people-watching mostly, but when his drink ran out he had to venture out into the wild of the party to get a refill. On his way to the table, he heard someone speaking to him and he looked over to see Rayna slowly sinking on her floaty. “Hm. Not sure I know the numbers on that one,” He said, bending down to offer a hand to help her. “But, if you were the first that’s a very good position to be in. Then everyone else would call it The Rayna or something.”

My dad supports my experiments, but he draws the line at financial support unless I'm making him some kind of hover car, but that's more engineering than pure science. He always wished I played baseball, though. The clumsiness is part of why I don't play sports, though.
