I was running fissures with some random on Discord and he unironically said "I like Warframe because it isn't woke." ????????? Huh??? Did you not pay attention to literally anything in the game at all??

We are an anticapitalist, nonbinary child soldier who overthrows a dictatorship TWICE with the power of determination and love for our fellow man. Our superpower is Empathy and we solve a majority of the problems in the game by showing people compassion. Our mom is a transgender allegory and one of her most well known quotes is, "Dream not of what you are, but of what you want to be." Nepobabies and deadbeat fathers are consistently the overarching villains of the story. Old man yaoi is quite literally what saves the universe from being consumed by the physical embodiment of Apathy. This is all in the main storyline. What do you mean this game isn't woke what are you talking about

the part where you can defeat an eldritch horror that is the physical embidoment of apathy and not caring about others by having freaky deaky gay sex is literally the wokest thing ever and i love it. you cant get more woke than "absolute uncaringness and apathy (and an eldritch horror) is defeated by loving everyone regardless of the circumstances of your birth, and having empathy for them"

that being said, this line of talking usually doesnt get to the anti woke crowd because they think empathy doesnt extend to people they dont like. so what i usually do instead is tell them ticker is canonically a trans woman and that old man yaoi is canon, then block them before they can have a meltdown in my DMs
