I breathe hard and fill my chest with air and even filled with it I still feel suffocated.

Sometimes you need distance to be able to see what you have.

Everyday you ask everyone else how they are feeling but when was the last time you asked yourself?

When you move out of your country you leave a whole world behind. It’s an untouchable world. It’s hard sometimes I don’t want to text or call anymore. Sometimes I wish I could just physically have them here.

People don’t talk much about how difficult things can be. So many people in their social media pretending life looks so much easier and funnier for them.

Do you also struggle to find genuine connections?

Vulnerability is a scary thing.

I feel like I have been running from people my whole life.

It’s something about your velvet skin, your touch, your warmth, your soft lips, your beautiful curved body. Something about the strings of your hair amidst mine while we sleep. Something about feeling your arms around my soul, holding me so close making me feel so loved. It’s something about your laugh that erases my dark thoughts making me reconsider self love, patience and peace! It’s something about me traveling the continent, maybe decades and generations to meet you again! It’s something about you and me…

You are gonna regret every excuse you put up for yourself once you look in the mirror and dont recognize who you see!!

We get so used to giving up our time to make others dreams come true that even when we do have time for ourselves we don’t know how to use if for us, there are always excuses to not take time for us! I am sick of just surviving…
