i am not a buddhist nor a Hindu myself. I am a practicing Orthodox Christian. But when it comes to searching for shifting /loa /manifesting /spiritualism? i'll take whatever i can find. Now look, these ancient teachings don't have a magic wand that says "lets just jump in there" ,but they do have a pretty powerful "shortcuts" that will instantly plunge the mind into that void. Specifically, Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, the esoteric branch of Hinduism, offers 112 different methods for instantly stopping the mind and pushing it into that void.
First of all, ''the space between two breathes'' (Kumbhaka) In buddhism and hinduism, the greatest secret is that microscopic moment when one breath ends but another doesn't begin. That moment is when you disconnect from this world. And yeah it has an easy way.. breathe in, breathe out. Stop at the exact second u exhale. Focus on the silence that occurs when your lungs are empty. That void is actually your shifting gateway. The longer you prolong those seconds, the more your physical body begins to fade away. And oh, also, be careful and start SLOW. Cause If u do it incorrectly or forcefully, you may experience dizziness, stress, or even fainting...
Second thing ive found is.. "Neither this nor that" (Advaita Vedanta) That is the fastest way to eliminate the mind (the logical left lobe of ur brain). In shifting, every time you say, "i am this, i am here," you are anchored to that reality. Lie down in bed and say to everything that crosses your mind that; Is your body tingling? "nope that's not me." or did you hear a sound? "that's not me." did a thought come to ur mind? "that's not me." Basically reject everything until nothing remains. That remaining pure "awareness" is the void itself... What remains? According to Vedanta, the unchanging, observing pure awareness. That is, the inner, "observing thing." They call it Atman, and surprisingly, it is said to be the same as Brahman. So, individual self = universal reality. Non duality? it's easy to understand, but quite difficult to live with. cause the mind is constantly addicted to labeling itself, saying "this is who i am, this is what i am." it's like stripping the mind bare, leaving it completely exposed. You shed layers upon layers. And the human ego doesn't exactly love that, mind you...
Now ''Dharana'', think of the discipline of The Hierophant card. Instead of dividin the mind into a thousand pieces, confining it to a single point allows reality to break...Close your eyes and focus only on that point between your eyebrows, aka the 3rd eye, or just a single white spot in your mind. Think of nothing else. After a while, the mind will give a "system error" and throw you back into that single point, into the void. Dharana, in yoga, means concentration. But not at the level of "alrigh i put my phone down and focused for 5 minutes." It means literally fixing your mind on a single object. Thr rule is lowkey simple.. If the mind wanders, u bring it back. If it wanders again, you bring it back again. ''Dharana'' focus, ''Dhyana'' uninterrupted flow, meditation; ''Samadhi'' complete union, dissolution of the sense of "self"....
The easiest way to do this is actually to "stop searching." Theres a saying in buddhism that "as long as you keep searching, you won't find, because the seeker is what she seeks." You think shifting is about going somewhere "out there," but these teachings say, "Youre already everywhere, you just choose to focus on this body." Stop "trying to go." Try relinquishing this reality as if you were already there. By releasing the energy of the 4 Pentacles aka the holding on energy, and 9 Wands, in your cards, and simply "being" like The Sun, that door will open by itself.
Conscious or Subconscious?🦭
"Does your subconscious really manifest?"
"How do I impress my subconscious?"
"My subconscious doesn't believe my affirmations."
"Can my subconscious reject my desires?"
"Do I need to reprogram my subconscious first?"
Sound familiar?
One of the biggest topics in the Law of Assumption community is the conscious mind and the subconscious mind. You'll find countless books, lectures, videos, and explanations telling you that you have to "reprogram your subconscious," "impress your subconscious," or "reach your subconscious." After hearing all of that, it's easy to feel like there's some mysterious part of your mind secretly deciding whether you get your desire or not. But I honestly think this topic becomes much simpler once we understand what these words actually mean.
Let's start with the conscious mind. Your conscious mind is simply the part of your mind you're aware of right now. It's the part that reads this blog, makes decisions, asks questions, learns new ideas, and chooses what to focus on. When you consciously decide, "I'm going to assume I'm already successful," or, "I'm choosing a new story for myself," that's your conscious mind at work. It's where new choices begin.
Now let's talk about the subconscious mind. I don't see it as something magical hiding inside you. It's where familiar assumptions live. It's the part of your mind that has accepted certain ideas so many times that they start feeling automatic. Think about riding a bicycle, writing your signature, speaking your first language, or knowing your own name. You don't consciously think through every tiny step anymore because repetition made those things familiar. The same idea can apply to assumptions. The more an assumption is accepted and repeated, the more natural it begins to feel.
This is why practice matters so much. Your conscious mind chooses the assumption, and with consistent practice, that assumption gradually becomes familiar. You aren't fighting your subconscious or trying to convince it to cooperate. You're simply giving your mind a new pattern to become comfortable with. Over time, the assumption that once felt strange begins to feel ordinary. That's why I always say practice isn't about forcing yourself—it's about familiarity.
When you look at it this way, it isn't mysterious at all. You've been doing this your entire life without calling it manifestation. From childhood, you learned ideas about yourself, other people, money, relationships, success, and countless other things. Some came from your family, some from school, some from society, and some from your own experiences. Through repetition and familiarity, many of those ideas became assumptions you carried naturally. That's why I believe you've always been manifesting through the assumptions you've become familiar with. The difference now is that you're choosing them consciously instead of leaving them on autopilot.
So don't be afraid of your subconscious, and don't put it on a pedestal either. It isn't working against you, and it isn't a magical force you have to unlock. It's simply part of how your mind learns through familiarity. The conscious mind gives you the ability to choose, and practice helps those choices become natural over time. That's why the Law doesn't have to feel like rocket science. You're not trying to awaken a hidden power—you are simply becoming aware of the assumptions you've always been living by and consciously choosing the ones that truly serve you.

getting into astrology, hellenism, and greek mythology and realizing everything rlly does lead back to manifestation
And yes shifting is real.
I’m going to say this one last time before I log off. You can revise the past , manifest in present, manifest for the future. You can be as vague as you want with your affirmations or as detailed as you want , your mind knows what you want. You can manifest instantly or you can manifest a process. You can do methods or you can do no methods. Please don’t let blogs or anyone tell you how you should manifest, manifestation is your journey no one else’s.
You said decide and it’s created. So what do you do when you don’t see it in 3D instantly? Where was it created then?
In the 4d. Your mind, your thoughts, your imagination, the only real reality where creation happens. The 3d is your bitch, it only follows, it can not act on its own. The only thing it is good at, is mirroring your 4d. Whatever lives in your imagination is being adapt by the physical reality.
That's where the analogy comes from "when you look into a mirror and want to see yourself smile, you don't wait for the mirror to change - it can not do that - you start to smile on your own and the mirror reflects that". Everything around you stems from your imagination. Imagine it and it is yours in the same instant. You want the 3d to confirm instantly? It does. Decide so. You are the one who has created lack or delay or whatever you want to call it when you are absolutely capable of forming the thought "I have it"
man i lwk hate my friends not bc im a hateful person but bc it genuinely feels like i don’t exist when i talk to them

the sodapop method‧₊˚♪𝄞࿐₊˚⊹
disclaimer: no use of sodapop in the method. i am sodapop. i do the method. therefore it is the sodapop method
i. how the method came to be
my method was created not by analyzing my intentional successful shifts, but my accidental successful shifts. both are valuable to me, of course, but the answers i was seeking lie in shifts where not even intention was part of the equation that caused them. where they took no more effort than the tiny, unremarkable shifts that occur in our day-to-day lives, but broke the continuity that allows each of those infinite tiny shifts to appear as one fluid experience. where i became aware of such a vastly different ego, and as a result, a vastly different physical experience; all without intention, without a method, without expectation !!!!!!! using those as the foundation for my method was my own “key”: disconnect from one reality, attach to another. blur the line between them instead of trying to claw my way past it.
ii. the method itself
step one: relax and start the disconnection process
i prefer doing this method in bed before going to sleep. i like the idea of not having any commitments or distractions to worry about. it allows me to fully immerse myself in what i’m doing without worrying about running out of time. time isn't even real. but whatever. you can do this any time you want. get in a comfortable position and close your eyes. let yourself relax. there are a few things you could do to guide your awareness away from this reality. i choose to daydream. it doesn’t matter what about, but i typically choose my dr (in the times i accidentally shifted, it was as a result of daydreaming. more on this later). this step only needs to be very brief as the next will cause you to disconnect further. if you have trouble with guiding awareness away from the physical, then use that to your advantage. use a sensory constant of some sort to bridge the perceived "gap" between your cr and dr. play auditory ambiance that your dr self would hear in the moment that you’re shifting to. wear a perfume that your dr self would wear. if your dr self is laying in bed in the moment that you’re shifting to, lay in bed. if they’re sitting in a chair, shift from a chair. this sensory constant acts as an anchor for your awareness. but it's not required. do whatever you want
step two: introduce contextual familiarity
retrace the steps of your dr self leading up to the moment you’re shifting to. remember that there is no difference between memories from this reality and whatever you decide are memories in your dr. the past is malleable because it technically doesn't exist. it's a concept, just like everything relating to time. shifting transcends it. for example, if you’re shifting to a moment where you’re laying in bed to sleep after going out with your friends, chronologically follow the steps you took throughout your day. it doesn’t have to be a detailed, 24-hour deep-dive, but a general overview of the events. gradually introduce the use of the five senses as you get more comfortable. the smell of the perfume you were wearing, the taste of the drinks you had, the sound of the music playing there, the feeling of hugging your friends. these would be the memories most fresh on your mind at the end of the day. it’s the same as retrospectively thinking about your day in your cr (and who's to say these aren't your memories from earlier today??? they literally are. you're your dr self. these are your dr self's memories). this stage is the closest to what i would describe as a transition process, but it’s still part of the shift of awareness. it feels much more natural to me than suddenly declaring “okay, i’m in my dr now.” it’s a full mindset shift rather than just throwing out affirmations and waiting for the world around me to play catch up. it's allowing yourself to just drift into your dr rather than jumping right into cold water and hastily trying to burn the ships. you may not notice the moment it happens, but at a certain point you'll stop being an outsider looking in on another reality, but instead recognizing it as your own.
step three: enter the present moment. you're your dr self, and your dr self is there
you’re familiar with the day you’ve had, you’ve reminisced long enough, now you’re your dr self in the moment you intend to be in. how would they think? embody them. think about their plans, feel the emotions that they would feel, simply be them. don’t force this. just allow whatever comes to mind to be. things like, “i should see if [friend] wants to hang out tomorrow,” “i had so much fun doing [thing in my dr] today,” or “i need to remember to do [thing in my dr] later.” when i accidentally shifted, i was placing myself in the shoes of my dr self, albeit just to fantasize. i got caught up in my daydreams, and my mindset became that of the ego i was fantasizing about. and before i knew it, i was kissing my s/o. IMAGINE THAT. and not in a shockingly vivid daydream. it was as real as real could possibly get. unmistakable. i let go of one ego and allowed myself to become the other.
tldr because the paragraphs make it seem a lot more extensive than it actually is: relax > reminisce on your dr self's day as your dr self. use the 5 senses to become more in touch with your dr and "flesh it out" so to speak > think as your dr self. accept that you are them. it's done, so let it be
iii. additional advice on executing the method (and every other method)
the method is not your pink slip of dismissal from this reality. you’re not waiting for permission from the method to shift. you’re not building up momentum that eventually pushes you past the threshold and into your dr. exertion of force is not what causes the shift. you’re the one doing the method. you’re the one that holds the power. the method is just an avenue for you to exercise it. it’s a guide. don’t approach the method waiting for outside confirmation that you’re doing everything perfectly. instead approach it with the knowledge that the start of it was already its completion. drop expectation and let the method be. drop what you’ve been told about shifting being the same as ordering a package and waiting for it to arrive. there’s only a process if you decide that there is. there is no placing the order, waiting for it to be packaged, tracking its delivery, waiting for the knock on your door. why? because shifting is not amazon (i hate you jeff bezos). it’s in your hands the second you decide that it is. stepping into the mind of your dr self, therefore becoming aware of your dr self, is the shift. it’s done. instant. everything else is just you existing in the reality you choose to. the physical is shaped by your assumptions, so don’t let your assumptions be shaped by physical observation. don’t trap yourself in that loop. let go. that's when the shift happens. i didn't feel anything lock into place when i shifted. my dr crept up on me, and i was too busy already being my dr self to notice. because that ego, body, mind, identity, whatever, wasn't asking for permission from her surroundings to be where she already was. she was just there.
iv. don't bean soup the method
"but sodapop, i don't like doing xyz!" "but sodapop, in my dr, it would make more sense for me to do xyz!" "but sodapop, i'm actually more comfortable when i do xyz!"
you don't have to do every step in the sodapop method. i centered it around myself and my own experiences (hence the name). your shifting journey is, ideally, centered around your own. if you like strawberries and hate blueberries, you don't have to make blueberry muffins just because a random baker on the internet posts about how much they love making blueberry muffins. make them with strawberries. it's not all or nothing. take what resonates and modify the rest to your liking. there are literally no wrong answers, and your ability to shift isn't graded on accuracy & strict adherence to some random blogger's method.
It is your fault
This post might be harsh, I have no intention on being all lovey dovey with you guys here - if it bothers you, don't read it. If you're offended by it, I was probably referring to you. This is not for / caused by anyone specific, but to address all the anons who thought my asks is their opportunity to be whiny bitches. It is one thing not to know much about loa or shifting, it's something else to start your nonsense off with "I know, but". You're all asking the same question, knowing the answer, and expect me to make up shit so you won't feel as bad about yourself. Not that I won't humour you to some extent - you've seen it in my recent posts - but I do have limits. If this doesn't resonate, then you're doing wonderful
Anyway, "I've done all of this, did the 'spin in circles three times while chanting' method and it still did not happen". Then that's your fault. Because you 1. Can not stick to your decision, 2. Actively assumed against it, and 3. Allow it to 'fail'.
i lwk need to update my drs i’ve created like 5+ ones
let me tell you, whatever you assume for a long time or for a short time with utmost certainty, will harden into facts.
You Are Only A Consciousness Watching Reality Through A Body’s Eyes 𖤓
Have you noticed how you’re always watching things that are happening in front of you. You are watching a TV : there’s a "physical" channel and a mind channel. That’s why we can see our dreams, and remember them. You notice how thoughts and dreams are different ? When thinking, you can’t "physically" see them. By that I mean that they do not occur in front of you. They are vague, blurry, in the darkness. Even if you can clearly imagine something, you can’t see them how you see the reality in front of you, when you open your eyes. Someone who has vivid or lucid dreams like me will tell you, dreams are different. In your dreams, you see what is happening in front of you, because it is LITERALLY happening in front of you. You have all your senses : sometimes you only have vision, touch or hearing, but all of them works in your dream if you are grounded enough. How is that possible ? It’s possible because you are not a body, but a consciousness. You don’t need your body to be awake to touch things, or smell and taste things, or just make decisions, think and do all physical things, because you are not a body. If you were "trapped", like people love to say when they "can’t" shift, you wouldn’t dream. They would be in the form of thoughts, not of reality. As of now, dreams are reality. In a different state, of course, but they still are, and you exists in them too. If the dream world is a reality, that means you shift every night and experience a new reality. A weird one, sometimes that doesn’t make sense, sometimes that is scary, but not all realities are perfect with pink glitter and unicorns. Instead of thinking of dreaming like just something that happens at night and that is irrelevant, try writing them, remembering them, what senses did you have, what made sense and didn’t made sense, how you felt. Were you thinking in your dream ? Did you make a decision ? Did you have free will ? Was it lucid, or vivid ? Did it felt out of place ? Or completely real, even tho things weren’t "realistic" ?
In reality, there’s no such things as "realistic" : what reality should we take as the blueprint ? We experience other realities each second, your reality is not the same as mine. How can I say that mine is the blueprint, and yours should be the same or it’s unrealistic ? That doesn’t exist in the multi-reality realm. In a parallel reality, you have an arm in the middle of your forehand. It is here to help you get things that are too high for your two arms by the side of your body. If someone from this reality comes here, and see we only have two, they will laugh and say it’s unrealistic. Because every reality is the blueprint of the mind that is living in it.
The dream realm is as real as the physical one where you’re experiencing an human life. You shift realities every night, every time you’re not focused on living as a body, but only as a consciousness. You then allow yourself to float and experience other dimensions, to learn things as a high dimensional being. Start treating your dreams the same way you would treat your DRs, or this reality you are in rn. Love y’all 💋

results from my void sub within a day.
hi guyssss, i uploaded a void sub yesterday and someone already has results 🥹
LOASS RAMPAGE CHALLENGE
the last challenge i did on here got so many success stories for so many people and i've had some people ask if i'd be doing another one, so here we are!!!
info :
pick a rampage. (a rampage is basically instead of picking one-two affirmations, you have a whole paragraph and you speak whatever that comes to your mind. it's essentially yapping instead of just one or two affirmations.)
there are three mandatory 5-10 minute sessions, - in the morning as soon as you wake up - in midday/afternoon - right before you go to sleep at night.
! optional ! you can add in extra affirmation sessions in between.
as you rampage, i want you to pretend you're in an interview or telling someone about it.
the type off affirmations we'll do will be of two types: - self concept (primary focus) : affirmations like "i always manifest super fast, it's so wonderful how everything works out easily for me etc." - specific desire (secondary focus) : things like appearance change, money , sp , shifting, void etc.
out of these sessions you will NOT contradict yourself. no matter what you see, you have it already.
sessions :
SESSION 1 : In the morning as soon as you wake up, keep lying down for 5-10 minutes and do the rampage, talk to yourself about your SELF CONCEPT. get up and go about your day.
SESSION 2 : while bathing/eating/commuting/just chilling , start your rampage and be fully immersed in the scenario, this too will be for 5-10 minutes and we'll focus more on the SELF CONCEPT.
SESSION 3 : at night as you get ready to sleep, start talking about how you have your SPECIFIC DESIRE, keep thinking more about your specific desires with some self concept affirmations in the middle. fall asleep affirming about your desires.
OUT OF THESE SESSIONS, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT CONTRADICT YOURSELF. DO NOT TURN YOUR BACK ON YOUR AFFIRMATIONS. YEARS OF NEGATIVE THINKING HAVE GOTTEN YOU NOWHERE. TRY ACTUALLY THINKING IN YOUR FAVOUR AND PERSISTING IN IT.
SELF CONCEPT RAMPAGE : ` i love how i always get what i want. things always work out for me so good, literally i am the luckiest person alive. i'm so lucky, things always go my way. i love how fast and easy it is for me to get what i want. i love my manifesting abilities. i say i want it and i get it instantly. i'm so lucky!! i love how i get my desires quickly. i have my desires already. of course i always get what i want. of course things go my way. i'm such a master manifestor. `
*this is just an example, you can have whatever you want to include, have a separate rampage for your specific desire. you can tune into the challenge in the comments. happy manifesting!!
