I’m so sorry for the late reply but every time I have tried to post the app crashes. It literally crashed on me 15 minutes ago and I’m still upset because I had written such a good reply 😭. I apologize if there is any spelling errors as I typed everything from memory in a hurry.

So Dunk wasn’t an omega yet! The first time his scent started changing was when Aerion demanded a to7 but because of all the chaos it wasn’t brought to anyone’s attention. Dunk’s scent became fully developed during the to7 when Egg calls out to him to get up. Amidst all the strong alpha pheromones (especially the Targaryen ones), the adrenaline, and Egg’s (his pup) scent and voice filled of fear is what caused Dunk to become an omega fully. It is not a heat but still the scent of a distressed omega is enough to stop everything. Including Baelor and Maekar’s scuffle.

Dunk still wins the trial but his body is working overtime on producing omega hormones that were neglected in his body for the past 10 years or so which means he's not fully there in his mind. He is mostly aware of everything but he has a slower reaction time.

All Dunk wants is his nest with his horses and his pup and to sleep for a week. But all these pesky people won't let him run off to his camp and keep surrounding him and he's about to rip someone's throat out if they touch his neck one more time.

All I can imagine if Dunk being ask about what it was like growing up on the road, and she just casually mentions that, oh yeah- her Ser was never exactly shy about giving her a good clout to the ear. But it wasn't like she didn't deserve them. Well, except that one time. She told him she didn't steal that pie, but her Ser just wouldn't listen!

So most Flea Bottom/Common Folk grew up with physical punishment. There are lines of course to when it becomes abuse and it is looked down upon. The only safety net you can have though is the protection of a House or even a family which most if not all Flea Bottom and Common Folk don’t have.

I feel like Arlan was a bit more rough than canon when he discovered that both Dunk and Rafe were girls but he just wanted them to survive and he didn’t really know how to treat girls that want to be knights. Up until he discovered Dunk was a girl, he still acted canonically. He didn’t abuse them but was still hard because that’s just how he was and being soft got you killed on the road. He would not let other knights/people touch his squires though. Sometimes his strength could get away from him when he was drunk so Dunk would get a busted lip during training but Rafe would give hell and Dunk would forgive so easily….Arlan wouldn’t formally apologize but would leave a sweet nearby and lessen training for the day. He was definitely rougher/harder on Dunk though because he wanted her to survive. Rafe was rough like Arlan but Dunk? She was still soft and kind and so forgiving which meant Arlan had to try his best to make sure she would be safe if something happened to him or Rafe.

Sandor and Brienne are both knights with Arya as Sandor's squire and Sansa as Briennes. Sandor got isekai'd as a Mormont or something and took in Stark-Orphan Arya because they did the spider man meme to each other. The Stark's and Mormonts were happy to have Sandor take her in as they kept pushing for him to have an heir (even though he doesn't like people. AroAce coded Sandor in this UNLESS funnier ship idea comes to mind) and Arya ties the Stark's and Mormonts together. So Sandor takes Arya in and they decide to fuck off around Westeros because they have nothing better to do and thats how "The Bear Knight" comes to be. Arya probably still dresses masculine but whenever people ask their gender its just a "Your guess is as good as mine". Probably passes as a dude well.

Sansa is a possible heir to the Tully's, she has brothers but they are both rather sickly or not the best fit and given how the Riverlands are ALWAYS SUFFERING FROM WAR, he decided that his most promising child should learn knighthood and combat from the only female knight he knows of, Brienne of Tarth, the daughter of his old War Buddy who faced the same dilemma. It is not known that Brienne or "The Moon Knight" is a woman to most but also not a secret. She was knighted by her father and thats what matters. Brienne happily takes Sansa or "her little star" in and trains her. Sansa does disquise herself as a boy...ish? Not as effective as Arya but nobody pays much attention to squires so it evens out. Sansa and Brienne don't lie about their genders, they just don't say it until they're asked. Arya is straight up lying, telling the truth, and avoiding answering all at the same time.

Eventually both duos run into each other and decide to travel together cause they have nothing better to do. Eventually they make it to Ashford Meadow and fangirling commenses as Sandor tries to remain indifferent but is also kinda fangirling.... just on the inside.

Gosh I love these characters so much. Arya is such a mood about gender. I’m curious on what Sansa would name her sword though? Every knight and knight in the making should name their sword. I honestly like/respect the aroace!Sandor but if you truly wanted a funny ship…Alys Arryn and Rhaegel Targaryen. I just find it funny!
