my sincerest apologies to anyone who has read my posts and got the wrong idea about machaon and his narrative relevance. i counted a grand total of 11 times homer mentions his name. other authors mention him only in passing (if that). in fact, i could compile a reference document of literally every single surviving mention of his name and it would be, like, a page long. sorry

I don’t know who needs to hear this but you don’t need to put off the project you’re passionate about until you “have enough skill” to do it. You’ll learn how to deal with the problems arising in this project when you encounter them on the said project. Trying to come up with fluff projects to raise your skill in the meantime will eat your motivation right up

I like it when characters are really close friends but theyre like. Bad at friendship. like theyre not great people . theyre not necessarily always good to each other. But they are friends!! Incredibly close friends at that!!!! They're Just Not GOOD At It
