About How Many Hotdogs Do You Eat A Day

Don’t know what to do with my weird feelings so they go here! I’m 22 weeks pregnant, first time, and it just hit me that “disordered eating” literally means I’m bad at eating :( I do NOT intrinsically know how to listen to my body and do what’s best for it. It hit mid 80s yesterday and I’m an outside summertime person, so I got in the garden like I normally would, and I noticed that I was overheating, so I went inside and started chugging water. I’m used to only eating twice a day, ignoring hunger pangs, and eating based on emotion. My organs moving around and squishing up means I have to eat more often and smaller portions but I truly cannot get into the correct habits. I ended up puking yesterday, and now I’m afraid to go outside. I don’t want to hurt her. It’s just really scary and sad and frustrating, I’m trying to make sure I’m hydrated and nourished but I legitimately don’t think I can tell what that’s supposed to feel like!
