â a lengthy shifting guide
why is it so hard to shift from your cr to your dr but not so much vice versa? youâve spent the first large chunk of your life believing this reality to be the full extent and foundation of existence. even if you now logically understand this not to be the case, the years spent curating and deepening a mental, emotional, and physical anchor to this reality has warped your perception of reality and instilled in to you the subconscious idea that your cr is the default. and in treating it as the default, the end all be all, and in compromising with it, you reinforce the idea that you are attached or stuck hereâthat it is even a place to get stuck in in the first place. not only do you trap yourself in this reality and grant it power over you that it does not actually have, you start viewing your cr as the âstarting pointâ too, and shifting as some form of transportation from point A to point B. accompanying this belief is an imagined distance created between your current reality and desired reality. you mightâve already recognised this in yourself; the feeling that your dr is somehow faraway, a place that needs to be travelled to.
itâs important to make and internalise the distinction between a shift in realities as an act of metaphysical travel, and a shift in realities as a shift in focus. imo the former is a much better descriptor for what shifting actually is in essence. i will go into more depth later, but a byproduct of being raised the way you were, growing up knowing nothing but your cr and rooting & centring yourself wholly (confined) within it, is the over identification you end up developing with your cr self. you are not living reality, you are watching it. but after years of the constant unbroken immersion, the two become almost impossible to distinguish. you define yourself by and take on as if they were your own the thoughts and identity and feelings of the âvesselâ you are observing, and let them dictate how you experience reality. the lines begin to blur between you; your cr self, and you; your awareness/the observer.
feel your hand. donât touch it, but notice itâs weight and temperature, or the air around it. now feel the feeler. can you feel yourself? or your body, maybe? now go a step further and feel the one feeling. you probably arenât fully able to, but this is the observer. âthe observerâ, or the state of being after breaking the immersion, is you in your natural or purest state. it has also been described as pure awareness, the void state, ego death, sakshi, the self, anatta, and interpreted in different ways across a multitude of different religions and branches of spirituality & philosophy, all used as a means to an end for different things. fyiâiâm not saying you have to completely forsake your cr identity or start ignoring/dismissing your senses or thoughts to shift, just understand that those things donât define you or your reality. the means to the end here is just getting a point across and hopefully helping improve with the approach you take to shifting. all of this to say, youâre not travelling from point A to point B. point A and B are not places you can (technically) even travel to or exist in, because youâre just watching/observing/being aware of. shifting is not the transportation of a self from one location to another. shifting is simply changing what is focused on/experienced; from one stream of experience to another. a shift in focus.
to summarise, you as in your ego, the you in this cr as you know it, your body, your brain, your thoughts, your identity, donât actually go or shift anywhere. you, your awareness, in favour of perceiving you, your cr self, the one sat at your computer or phone or whatever reading this right now, starts perceiving a different you/ego/selfâone that could have the exact same personality, memories, and thoughts, just in another realty, or one that is a different person entirely. there is only a change or âshiftâ for the observer, not the cr self or ego. so stop trying to feel your dr with your cr senses. youâre not going to. youâre so immersed in your cr and cr self that you automatically rely on this realityâs bodiesâ senses to gauge your success when you try to shift, waiting for your cr self to get a cue that itâs never going to get. the surroundings your cr self feels arenât going to go anywhere. nor are your senses going to shut off. your cr body will continue to receive sensory information, because thatâs what bodies do. so donât lie there expecting your bedsheets to disappear or magically warp into your dr surroundings or something and feel like youâve failed when they donât. shifting is not about somehow willing your surroundings to change or lying in your room forcefully convincing yourself that your senses are feeling something else, itâs about acknowledging whatâs beyond those senses. feeling and connecting to what your dr self feels.
if you can still feel your cr, itâs not you feeling it, itâs your cr self. and you are not your cr self.
you can apply this to your thoughts too. your thoughts are no less your cr selfâs than your senses are. if you start getting doubts mid attempt or canât let go of the thought or feeling that youâre not in your dr, remind yourself that you are not your feelings or thoughts or doubts. you are simply observing them. of course your cr self will think that theyâre still in their cr, they are. just ignore them and shift your attention elsewhere. your focus and awareness are what dictate what you experience, if you relinquish your focus from your cr and direct it to your dr instead, thatâs where youâll âbeâ.
obviously thereâs no one set way to shift, so if you want you can stop reading here and apply this information to your shifting journey in whatever way suits you. if youâre interested in my method though, hereâs the compilation of all this info into practical steps you can actually take to shift.
get comfortable somewhere you wonât be disturbed. close your eyes and focus on what you can see. the light behind your eyelids, shapes, colours, whatever. but instead of automatically interpreting these sensations as belonging to your cr, allow them to become sensory input from your dr. light? thatâs coming from the lamp by the xyz in your dr bedroom. or maybe your in a field if thatâs a fitting setting for your dr, and itâs the sun shining down on you. shapes? thatâs because youâve been lying down with your eyes closed for a while now, youâre tired after your classes or job or whatever you do in your dr. even if itâs nothing at all, let it be your drs nothing. just feel it. do this for about a minute.
then move onto your body. whether itâs sinking, lightness, tingling, focus on it. and do the exact same as you did for the previous step, interpret it as input coming from your dr. donât worry if you can still feel your body lying in your bed, because your surroundings arenât going to changeâat least not physically. again, those sensations belong to your cr self, and they donât prevent awareness from directing itself elsewhere. the goal here is to shift your focus away from them and onto something else, so hyperfocusing on your cr and worrying about your surroundings is counterintuitive. just gently guide your attention back to your dr, really try feel your dr surroundings and what your dr body is currently feeling. if you canât fully avert your focus away from your cr, thatâs fine, at the very least just try receive/tap into the input coming from your dr alongside your cr.
finally focus on what you can hear. if youâve already managed to make a connection with your dr through your sight and physical senses just build up on what youâve already got. feel grass tickling your skin? deepen the connection there by focusing on the sound now too, the wind blowing through it. see light behind your eyes? focus on the hum of the lights.
repeat these exercises over and over, deepening the connection with each cycle. if you donât manage to get anything the first cycle just keep going until you do. it might take some practice. like i mentioned before, after spending so much time here and being in constant attunement with your cr self, the sense that your cr is the default starts to take root and it can be difficult to shake the feeling that youâre just indefinitely âhereâ. itâs normal for it to take some time to learn how to question this feeling and push past it. since you've never (technically?) been aware of anything outside of this reality, learning how to do so can be a bit like learning how to use a muscle you've never used before.
this method operates on the idea that reality is something that is tuned into through focus & narrowed awareness and not something metaphysically travelled across, so for the most success with it, iâd recommend starting to make a conscious effort to see your dr less like a place and more like a wavelength or channel, a perspective already existing beyond your current focus. shifting to your dr then becomes an effort to notice and receive input from this channel/wavelength, input that already exists out there and that simply needs to be acknowledged. youâre just picking up on whatâs already there, feeling something that a version of you already feels.
persist in the belief that reality is observed and flexible. youâre not "stuck" anywhere unless you believe you are.
guys how crazy it is that we know about shifting. our community is like what 2 million people max and it's 0,025% of all people. that's literally INSANE hello?? shifting was meant to find you.
How I entered the void in less than 5 minutes last night (If someone doesnât shift with this, Iâll scream)
I wouldnât be sharing this and putting myself at risk of sounding like a lunatic who posted one method, and is now posting yet another version of it, if I didnât have a reason for it. Idk, gut feelings are hard to explain (Iâm aware I sound insane right now)
But Iâve never been more excited to share something in my life, sooo that might attest to something.
This will work for everyone in some way. And Iâve never been more certain of anything ever. (Except for the time I pspspspsâd at a black kitty on the sidealk at night, which ended up being a trash bag, and I found out I had horrible eyesightâbut thatâs not the point here).
This isnât anything brand new. Itâs like my method people have been seeing results with, but stripped down to its bones. Simplified to the core, which Iâve learned actually makes it more effective.
(unless youâre someone who prefers something detailed and objective, then yeah, stick to my main method and ignore this)
This doesnât care about your beliefs. Doesnât care about your identity, your self-concept, your doubts, your contradictions. It doesnât matter if youâre into non-duality, law of assumption, law of attraction, or donât even have a belief system. This method does not give a single shit. And I say that with confidence, because when this worked for me last night, I was crying. Genuinely, majorly depressed. Everything I usually cling to, all my beliefs about shifting and consciousness and the nature of realityâI wasnât mulling over any of it. I was flat out over existence itself, and it still worked.
The set-up:
âą First, understand something: The screen of space youâre looking at right nowâeven if your eyes are closedâis the same screen where your DR, CR, the void, your dreams⊠all of it⊠will appear. Thatâs your canvas. Always.
âą This works best with WBTB (wake back to bed), so set an alarm for about 3 hours after you fall asleep. You want to wake up just tired enough that going back to sleep is easy, but youâll still have some control. (You can also do this as youâre going to bed, but it was 3 AM for me after I had woken up,,, so do with that info what you want).
âą Now, get this into your head: Youâre not entering the void or shifting from a place of calm or confidence. Youâre doing it from pure exhaustion. Youâre doing it from âfuck this shit, Iâm doing it anyway.â
You can doubt. You can feel like shit. But the attitude that follows is âfuck it.â Youâre tired of trying, and tired of being on this journey. So youâre just gonna do it. Fuck it.
What to do:
âą Lie on your back. (I personally like my back, but Iâve done it on my side too, and it still works. Doesnât matter. Donât overthink it. This doesnât matter)
âą You can move. Just donât care that you moved. After the next step, you wonât even be paying attention to your body anyway, and itâll go numb naturally,, so the idea here is âfuck it, this doesnât matter.â
âą Now: Notice the black behind your eyes. Just that. The blackness. Donât try to notice your awareness yet. Just focus on the black. Look at it. Really look at it. LOOK. Keep choosing to look at it again and again. Widen your eyes over and over again, and keep refocusing on it. This will keep you alert, but youâre not forcing yourself to stay alert, got it? It happens naturally, because youâre reeeeally looking at the black behind your eyes.
âą Your bodyâs gonna want to fall asleep. Donât fight it, donât care about it, because the fact that youâre looking at the black behind your eyes will naturally keep you from falling asleep.
âą You keep your mind locked on that black space, almost like youâre watching a movie screen, but nothingâs playing yet. What happens? Youâll keep wanting to fall asleepâbut widening your eyes and choosing to watch the black will keep waking you up. Youâll be in this liminal place going: âFuck it. Fuck it. Fuck it. Iâm doing this. Fuck it. Donât care.â
(What I mean by âwidening your eyesâ even though theyâre closed is: when your eyes are closed, donât let them go slack like they do when you're falling asleep. Keep them wide and alert, like you're trying to watch something in the dark. You're not tensing them, just holding that sense of openness, like you're staring through your eyelids).
âą What happens next: Suddenly youâll feel your awareness. Youâre just awareness now. Naturally. You didnât right off the bat try to pay attention to your awareness,, you just realized that you are it. Why? Because when you feel confined to that black space behind your eyelids like a coffin, with nothing else around you, thereâs nowhere else to run to other than your awareness. Your body will be numb, and your surroundings distant, irrelevant. And youâll think: âWait⊠Iâm just my awareness.â
âą And then your brain might do what it always does: âOh no. What if Iâm overthinking? What if Iâm messing it up?â And you remind yourself: âIâm literally awareness. I can overthink if I want. Iâm awareness goddamnit. Fuck it.â
âą Youâll start switchingâback and forthâbetween two things (because thereâs nowhere to run to):
1. Looking at the black behind your eyelids
2. Noticing your awareness itself
Keep flipping between the two like youâre flickering the lights on and off in a room, but donât force this. Youâll look at the fact that you simply are, and you'll look at the black,, and youâll think: âdamn?? Iâm just my awareness.â
âą Then youâll start to sink. Youâll feel the pull as hypnagogia grabs your hand and says âso where are we going, bestie?â From here, you can either:
A) Keep going as you feel yourself sink, and youâll fall straight into the void state effortlessly.
B) As you feel yourself sink, you can choose to lucid dream, astral project, or just plain shift from here. To shift: affirm, assume, observe, do whatever you want. The way I shared that I like to do this is by observing my awareness in my DR, observing the fact that Iâm aware there (just pretend youâre there, no need to try too hard).
The point is: whatever happens next, if it happens very very quickly, donât panic.
Just to note:
If this somehow doesnât work for youâthough I genuinely believe it will work for someoneâjust know the reason I share so many things is because I deeply believe everyone needs different things. The core of shifting stays the same to me:
You are only awareness, and you observe your desired reality until all other options collapse.
But how you get into that is wildly personal. What works for me might not click for you, just like what works for you might not click for me, and thatâs fine.
Thatâs why I keep offering optionsânot to confuse you, not to invalidate anything Iâve said before, but to give you more pathways of realizing how powerful you already are. If one method feels off, try another. My main method is still my go-to: observe my awareness in my DR, exist there, decide Iâm there because where else would I be??âbut I love giving variety because maybe this next one might be the one that opens it all up for you.
Edit: (this just came to mind) donât place a time expectation on any method. This one worked in less than 5 minutes for me, but the next time I try it, it could happen in 10, maybe 20. I donât know. So if you try this, and it doesnât immediately work in the way you expect it to, take a deep breath and keep trying, because eventually something has to happen. Trust me.

â THINGS TO SCRIPT ABOUT MOTHERHOOD. ( from someone who doesnât want kids in this reality )
I. BODILY AUTONOMY & PHYSICAL SAFETY.
Pregnancy, birth, and postpartumâeverything related to childbearing and reproduction as a wholeâare completely safe, painless, and non-traumatizing for my body
After birth, my body returns to a state I love effortlessly, without shame or pressure
During my pregnancy, I experience no medical neglect, dismissal, or gaslighting from professionals
Birth complications simply do not exist in this realityâeverything goes perfectly to plan, exactly as itâs supposed to
My health is always prioritized by the people around me over tradition, productivity, sacrifice, or anything else
II. CONSENT-BASED MOTHERHOOD.
I become a mother only because I deeply want to, never due to pressure or expectation
Motherhood does not reduce my social, political, or personal power within my life or the world
I am never judged on how I motherânot my parenting style or anything else
I am not expected to martyr myself to be considered âgoodâ or âgood at being a mother.â I am allowed to just be and still think of myself
I retain full sovereignty over my identity, my time, and my future
No one is entitled to my labor, my body, or my emotional availability
III. EMOTIONAL SAFETY & JOY.
My child is fundamentally safe in the world
I do not experience constant fear about my childâs survival or future, and I can be away from my child without being anxious or paranoid about their wellbeing
There is no background dread of violence, scarcity, or systemic collapse (for myself or anyone else)
I am supported emotionally at all times
Parenting does not isolate me from pleasure, rest, or beauty. I can still fully partake in and enjoy all the best parts of life
I trust myself completely as a mother
IV. THE CHILD THEMSELVES.
The world is free of gendered violence, racism, and exploitationâmy child doesnât have to grow up in a world with those things or be affected by them
My child is never punished by the world for their sensitivity, curiosity, or softness
They are protected from predatory systems (economic, sexual, political)
They are encouraged to be whole peopleâcomplex and unafraid. The world does not make them smaller
Their happiness does not require me to suffer
They are not shaped by shame or fear
V. SUPPORT SYSTEMS THAT ACTUALLY WORK.
I am surrounded by a competent, loving, non-intrusive support network. Those close to me help me in a way that truly makes my life easier, without making me feel helpless or smothered
Caregiving is communal, joyful, and fairly distributed. (It takes a village !!)
I am able to rest and recharge without guilt or consequence
Help is offered proactively, not begrudgingly. Those around me offer help because they truly love me and are invested in my wellbeing
No one treats support as a favorâitâs simply how the world works
VI. PARTNERSHIP & CO-PARENTING.
My partner is emotionally intelligent, nurturing, and fully present
Emotional labor is shared equally between the two of us
No one treats me as the âdefault parent,â or treats my labor as something automatic while my partner is âexceeding expectationsâ by participating. We are both expected to participate the same
Parenting deepens the love and romance between us rather than erasing it or shoving it to the wayside
I am desired, cherished, and seen as a whole personânot just a mother
I am never taken for granted
VII. IDENTITY PRESERVATION.
Motherhood adds to me as a person rather than consuming me or overwriting my identity
I retain my creativity, sexuality, ambition, and intellectâand everything else thatâs traditionally shoved to the wayside when having a child
I am allowed to be messy, complex, and contradictory, because Iâm still just a person
I have uninterrupted time for myself whenever I want it or need it
My inner life remains vast and respected
I am never reduced to âjust a motherâ
VIII. TIME, AGING & MEMORY SAFEGUARDS.
I do not lose years of my life to exhaustion or invisibility, yearning for what âcouldâve beenâ or didnât happen due to to motherhood
I remember motherhood as warm, expansive, and meaningfulânot draining
I can revisit moments of joy fondly and vividly
I am not haunted by âwhat ifsâ or missed versions of myself
IX. WORLDBUILDING RULES.
Patriarchy does not exist in this reality
Capitalism does not exploit caregiving labor
Mothers are culturally appreciated without being controlled or put on a virginal pedestal
Children are valued without being ownedâseen as whole people and not accessories
Care is a social priority, not a private burden that mothers are expected to shoulder quietly
Safety is automatic, not earned (for me and my child)
X. COMFORT & SOFTNESS.
Motherhood feels magical rather than draining
Quiet domestic moments feel rich and cinematicâI find real joy and fulfillment from even the smallest moments with my child or family
I experience deep peace simply watching my child exist
Love is abundant and not scarce. I have so many more moments of adoration and peace in my motherhood experience than stress or exhaustion
There is beauty in the ordinary
& ONE ALL-ENCOMPASSING RULE:
âAnything about motherhood that would cause harm, fear, loss of self, or systemic suffering is automatically corrected, softened, or removed in my desired reality.â
YOU CAN LITERALLY DO ANYTHING AND STILL GET YOUR MANIFESTATION.
STOP TREATING MANIFESTATION LIKE IT'S SOMETHING YOU CAN FAIL. well, new fucking flash IT'S NOT.
it doesn't matter whether you affirm for 10k, whether you're spiralling, whether you don't even believe in your affirmation, whether you're just scripting, whether you have messy circumstances, you don't even have to lift a fucking finger and YOU STILL GET EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT. just be stubborn about it.
IT'S EITHER YOU HAVE IT OR YOU DON'T, as simple as that.
pleaseeeee, don't make a manifestation a choir. DO NOT try to find new & âfasterâ technique everytime you're spiraling, just choose one that makes you feel comfortable and stick with it.
BECAUSE ALL OF THOSE TECHNIQUES HAVE THE SAME PURPOSE, TO REMIND YOU THAT YOU ALREADY HAVE EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT.
IN THE END, IT'S NOT ABOUT THE TECHNIQUES. IT'S ALL *YOU*. YOU ARE THE POWER = THE POWER IS WITHIN YOU, CAUSE REMEMBER, NOTHING IS OUTSIDE OF YOU.
1. Get comfy and close your eyes. Relax, the same way you would before you sleep. Maybe even put on some ambiance that reminds you of that reality, just for full immersion.
2. Begin to feel the placement of everything around you in your DR bedroom using proprioception. Not visualising, just feeling and knowing that, "yes my bed is here and my closet is there, I am laying next to the open window, I can feel the breeze on my face..."
3. Accept that you are here right now, in your DR. Relaxing and taking a nap. Maybe you're laying beside your s/o, maybe you feel the bed move as they change their sleeping position. Just enjoy the relaxation and the feeling of peace that comes with it. Do you have a chore to complete later in your DR? You'll do it after this nap... you feel oh so comfortable. It would be a shame to get up... Now you're thinking like your DR self, role playing a nap. Which is good! Its what we are going for.
4. From here you have two options:
a) Actually fall asleep, and it doesn't matter where you wake up. What matters is that you were in your DR while you were sleeping even if you open your eyes to your CR, you know what you experienced.
Or
b) Open your eyes when you feel ready and no matter what reality you are seeing now, accept the fact that just now you were in your DR and you were taking a nap there.
On the days when shifting felt too overwhelming and methods were just more unwanted baggage, I would use music.
I would put on a floaty song, think Stray.wav, Let it happen, sdp Interlude, etc (all slowed and reverbed lol). Then I would close my eyes and pretend that the music was guiding me into my DR.
It was fun too. I would get super into it and not even realise that I had shifted already. The only problem was that I would get startled and panic and then purposely shift back. Still working on that though.

㠀㠀㠀you possess a deep spiritual connection with nature. you understand nature better than anyone else ever could. your soul is in-tune with the magic of the elements, deriving power and protection from them that no one else can experience. you constantly find yourself trekking through serene forests, reading on tree branches, and visiting your animal friends at the creek. nature is your eternal home, always there to welcome and protect you.
㠀㠀㠀you dress like a cottagecore fairy princess. you gravitate towards more garments that are light yet covering. your wardrobe consists of many flowy dresses, plush sweaters, boots, scarves, and various cracked prescription glasses you can't bring yourself to throw away. you thrift or make most of what you wear, preferring those methods because it makes you feel more connected to the world.
㠀㠀㠀you are not a fan of fast fashion and always seek to obtain and create ethically-made garments with long-lasting and safe materials. you prioritize comfort and durability in what you wear and don't shop just to shop. you meticulously curate your wardrobe and avoid buying excessively as you are knowledgeable about the harm it causes.
㠀㠀㠀animals love you, following you around and constantly showing you affection. you naturally bond with all kinds of animals, especially ones that happen to be your favorites. it is rare for you to be seen without some cute creature nearby, reveling in your comforting presence.
㠀㠀㠀animals feel comfortable being touched, picked up, and held by you and allow you to do so freely without hurting you, getting scared, feeling unsafe, etc. even contact animals wouldn't normally like, they naturally enjoy and allow from you (e.g., petting a cat's belly, touching a rabbit's feet, etc).

㠀㠀㠀even though you are perceived as harmless and don't get angered easily, you have a fiery, dangerous side to you that is a force to be reckoned with. when you get truly upset, it puts everyone around you on edge because they can feel it radiating off of you. it's like a flip switches and you become the most threatening, blood-chilling, fear-inducing individual, the sweet and gentle you everyone knows shattering before them. getting on your bad side is like waking up a demon and any that are subject to the displeasure of being on the receiving end of your wrath live to regret it for the rest of their lives.
for my shifters who are wanting out of here ASAP, i want you guys to focus your energy and attention on how relieving itâll feel to be in your dr instead of focusing so heavily on wanting to escape.
itâs a slight difference but you may be surprised by the result.
one energy is aligned with desire, connection and harmony while the other is aligned with fear, hopelessness and pressure. but you have no reason to be afraid because you are limitless. this world may seem huge and overwhelming when you think of yourself as just one little thing but you are everything. you are everywhere. your energy is imbued in everything you touch and you can harvest it any time. you can call back your power at any time. you donât have to feel like youâre begging to be let out. you are already free.

Why you go back to the old story / doubt / spiral etcc
It is kind of rooted in shame trauma,
Persisting in the new story doesn't mean we are just being the new us, it means :
- the old you that was conditioned based on your circumstances, was the version of you who survived everything. So even if it was so limited but it is "safe", remember that the brain literally doesn't care about failure or success it only cares about familiarity. That's why people often say your nervous system fears success. The old version is the same version who survived and letting you survive according to your brain.
- persisting in the new self concept. Means losing the old concept. It means Change, it means realizing that your whole life you have been living wrongly, that you wasted all of that time in a version that is not really you but a version that was conditioned, this hurts. This is danger for it, it means to your brain/ego that you are losing your safe version and by persisting you are doing something dangerous. That what your ego and brain thinks.
All you have to do is acknowledge that whenever you get a doubt. It's just the old you screaming to drag you back into "safety" don't worry about it just keep going in persisting. You are literally recreating yourself. That's just how your brain works, the reason we doubt is not because there's something wrong with you or your method or technique, in fact whenever you get doubt that's a good thing it just means what you are doing is actually working. Do not ever fear doubts instead just acknowledge how powerful you and what you are doing. Since it literally means the old concept senses a change .
Overtime your new self concept is going to be the default. It will no longer be dangerous for your brain. Because every time you persisted you are creating safety and familiarity which is how your brain accepts things đđ
"How I became a master shifter (+ why methods aren't working for you"
Hello! I've been seeing a lot of disinformation lately, and I've noticed that some people might need help, so I wanted to chime in. I can shift whenever I want, and I see a LOT of limiting beliefsâbut I understand because I was once on the other side.
Disclaimer: This is all based on my personal experience with how I became a master shifter.
You'll want to read everythingâit's important.
(!!!!! This isnât an original post of mine, I donât remember where I found it but itâs from a deactivated acc and I donât know if she/heâs in another acc on here!!!)
I first shifted around March 2022. I would always use methods. I would affirm, tell myself I was detached from this reality, and so on. During my very first shift, I literally affirmed all night long (if this sounds familiar, it's because I used to have another blog here, lol). You know, really complicated stuff. Then... things changed. I couldn't shift anymore. I kept using the same methods, but they didn't work!
That's when I started questioning everything about shifting and consciousness.
Why was it that I could be in another reality where things like magic exist, but then suddenly I couldn't shift anymore? Why were the methods, like lucid dreaming or the void, seemingly more powerful than the act of switching realities itself? Why, when I shifted from my Desired Reality to my Current Reality, all I needed to do think of my CR to shift backâbut it didn't work the other way around?
None of it made sense! And I'm sure many others have asked themselves these same questions.
I came up with two theories:
1. This reality has something unique compared to the infinite other realities. To shift from here, you need something extra, like a method.
2. There's something else at play, something unrelated to the realities themselves.
I dismissed the first option.
There's nothing inherently special about this reality. So why do we use methods here but not in our DRs?
Then, I thought back to how l used to shift... detaching from my body, affirming until I shifted. It all aligned with my subconscious beliefs. The method didn't work because that's how shifting works, but because it made sense to my subconscious. Of course I would shift if I did these thingsâbecause that's what I believed shifting required.
Well... kind of. As I said, it made sense because it aligned with my beliefs. So when the method failed, I wasn't letting myself shift.
Did you catch that? I didn't It myself shift. Of course, it wasn't the method. At what point do you actually shift? Is it when you affirm? Do you really think the universe is just waiting for you to say the right thing cnough cimes before it switches
No. It's you.
So, you have two choices:
1. Find a method that truly aligns with your beliefs, or
2. Change your subconscious beliefs.
Changing your beliefs might seem hard, but I'm going to explain why it's not as difficult as it feels.
All your life, you've had certain beliefs, but those beliefs came from somewhere. You weren't born thinking you need methods to shiftâit's something that developed over time. Which means it's not set in stone. It can be changed.
I realized that every reality holds the same weight. There's NOTHING you can do in this oneâno intrusive thoughts or negative emotionsâthat can stop you. Why? Because those thoughts and emotions are products of this reality. Shifting is simply changing what you're aware of. That's literally it. Anything outside of that can't stop you.
Yes, we've all seen those posts saying things like, "Oh, you're not focused enough" or "You spend too much time on X, Y, Z" or even "You don't go outside enough" (I legit read this on hereây'all are wildin'). Are you in your DR thinking "Oh, I thought about failing to shift, it means I won't :(*? Of course you aren't! But nothing can stop you from shifting. Nothing can stop you from being aware that you are a master shifter.
"So, how do you become aware of that?
I started affirming throughout the day. I would tell myself these things:
âą I'm pure consciousness. I create my reality, and everything around me is just what I choose to perceive.
âą I'm a master shifter. I don't need methods. All I need to do is choose to shift, think of my DR, and it happens.
âą Nothing in the 3D can stop me from shifting, because I'm in the 4D and pure consciousness."
I told myself these things constantly, and I truly understood what I was affirming. What being pure consciousness and being a master shifter actually meant. I stopped using methods. I stopped acting like this reality was special compared to the ones I wanted to be in. And then... it happened.
I shifted. During the day. I simply thought of my DR, told myself, I want to shift, and there I wasâin my DR. It happened because, as I said, my subconscious beliefs changed and then manifested in my reality. The same way they did when I believed I needed methods.
Naturally, I stopped using methods. I stopped trying to shift. I no longer thought, Okay, tonight I'm going to shift, and I'm going to use X method.
Because that's not how you think or act when you're a master shifter. I let goâwhy would I bother using a method before sleeping when I could just stand up, think about my DR, and be there? Why would I bother doing a method before falling asleep when I knew I'm a master shifter?
I allowed myself to shift. It was me! When people ask, What method did you use? What did you do to shift? â do you really, truly believe it's the method that makes you shift? Of course you do, because you live in a reality that seems logical, and you apply that logic to shifting.
But shifting isn't logical! It just happens! I have no idea whyâit's literally just magic to meâbut that's how it works.
So, you need to understand:
You make it happen. That's a good thing, right? It means you don't need methods, and you don't need to keep searching for "the key.â

This is the lucid dreaming shifting method but with a twist!
The method does not involve any actual lucid dreaming! This is a method which was created in a completely different reality. The reality was similar to ours but the humans in that reality experienced many different changes such as getting rid of unwanted pregnancies, getting rid of mental illness, and more.
This method comes from a shifter from amino known as Vanilla Love. For those that donât know her, Love was a master shifter who gave shifting advice and many interesting insight and information on the multiverse, void state, the subconscious mind and more.
She respawned in late 2022, leaving her posts and info up. Unfortunately her information cannot be as easily accessed as before due to amino getting shut down but there are links on the shifting subreddit in which info can be accessed and you can read her old posts using the wayback machine.
Love shared this method which she got from her friend from the reality that I mentioned above. In that reality they are more focused on the question "how to tolerate the 3D" instead of how to actually shift.
This method is also just about tolerating the 3D and detaching from the 3D. So this may be the method for you! Also this method was originally created for permashifters who wanted to detach from this reality so if youâre a permashifter or respawner this may be great for you! Any shifters can use this method of course.
BUT FIRST STOP. If you suffer from dissassociation and derealisation you may get triggered by this method! Please, your mental health is not worth risking over for a shifting method, if you will not get triggered then proceed, at the end of the day I cannot stop anyone but please make sure to take care of yourself.
THE METHOD
If you have a script go to your script for whatever reality you are shifting to, and write/type "This reality was just a lucid dream" if you don't have a script or dont want to do that then just affirm that this reality is all just a lucid dream. Regardless of what you do, just live as this reality being a lucid dream. Thats it. You are currently in your DR/WR and this reality is just a lucid dream that you are having right now.
2. WHAT THIS METHOD WILL DO FOR YOU. It takes off pressure for the 3D to conform and you will stop constantly checking the 3D cause why would you? Its all just a lucid dream anyway. By doing this, you detach from seeking to shift to your DR, BUT you are simultanously living in the end.
You no longer have to worry about switching your thoughts when you see your CR surroundings cause its all a lucid dream and you are in your DR anyway. It will also help you to manifest very quickly cause you control a lucid dream and things always manifest quickly.
You can set a date when you are to wake up from your "lucid dream" and wake up in your DR/WR or wherever you wish to shift to. You will also be able to manifest very quickly because this is just a lucid dream and you manifest quickly in lucid dreams. So yeah! Pick a date, any date and choose to wake up on that date in your DR/WR.
AFFIRMATIONS FOR YOU
-This was all just a lucid dream
-I am in my dr/wr right now and currently dreaming
-I am sleeping in my dr/wr right now
-I have woken up from my lucid dream
-My lucid dream will end on (desired date)
-This cant be real I must be in a lucid dream
-I manifest instantly in my lucid dream.

Letting go is not trying to do the opposite. Itâs not trying to think the opposite or resisting. Itâs simply acknowledging and allowing.
Letâs say youâre overthinking or you have doubts, you canât fully believe that shifting is real or you think you wonât succeed etc. When we say âlet it goâ we donât mean resisting those thoughts or forcing yourself to think youâll succeed (like affirming success while deep down you feel like youâll fail)
On the contrary, itâs about acknowledging that you have doubts, that youâre afraid of failure and realizing that these things do not define you and that shifting/manifesting happens beyond these labels anyway. Itâs about accepting that.
Just say: âI can have doubts, I can have fears. I accept them, but I also release them. They are not obstacles to my success. I acknowledge them and let them go.â If something doesnât feel right to you, do not force yourself into it and create resistance. You donât have to pretend youâre not afraid when you are. When you accept your fears and realize they donât define you, it becomes much easier to feel free.
