reginald is disgruntled by this. how could a man who spends so much time around a guy who talks about his 20 step skincare routine not have any self care skills? so he attempts to at least brush right’s hair for him

and it’s odd. because right is used to brutally- he is used to bearing his teeth whenever someone comes to close to him. but reginald brushes his hair so tenderly that all of that just felt far away

when i wrote the first chapter of chocolate covered strawberries, it was the middle of the night and i was giggling with my friends over some imagines in the fake dating genre… from the beginning, it had been a small passion project of mine. i continued writing it through the first term of my final year of school, in which it guided me through the stress of future options. i often would think about the fact that i could go home and plan/write out more of the story, and that made school a lot easier to manage.

many people might know about me that jesskas is my comfort ship. they are the one ship that i write the most consistently, typically in fluffy scenarios. jesskas in general helps me through navigating the world, especially as an autistic person who does not have this implicit knowledge about themselves and the world around them as other people seem to. being able to write them brings me so much personal joy, but it makes me even happier to know that i am able to speak to someone who might also be like me. someone who might also connect with them in the same way as i do.

if i can bring this feeling to other people, then i’ll continue to write them until i have nothing else to say.

thank you to everyone who had read my story, even if it were just a few chapters. and likewise, thank you to anyone who has read any of my other stories. i appreciate your encouragement of me more than i may be able to express, and such an achievement might not have reached without this endorsement of me.
