Ingredients: 1 head cauliflower, grated. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. 2 tablespoons lime juice. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm up a big pan with olive oil over medium-low heat. Add the grated cauliflower to the pan and cook, stirring every now and then, for 5 to 7 minutes, until the cauliflower is soft. Add the lime juice and chopped cilantro, and then add salt and pepper to taste. After another two to three minutes of cooking, take the food off the heat. If you don't want to eat rice, serve this dish hot instead.
