I’ve gotta be honest I hesitate to give writing advice anymore because whenever someone tells me your story needs to do xyz I immediately need to write a story breaking all of those rules they just spelled out because I’m just Like That and who am I to further enable other people who are also Like That
The only writing advice that I think is evergreen is to just try stuff and see what works. Writing is such an personalized process, and the output is unique to the individual. It's so hard to make general practices that won't fall apart when applied to the reality of the diaspora of human experience and imagination.
Basically, first rule of writing is to be yourself and have fun. :>
Have a goofy idea? Just write it. Want to do something weird in your writing? Just write it. Have a thing you like, but you have a different way you would've written that scene? JUST. WRITE. IT.
Heck, write it scared. Write it bored. Write it sick. Write it looking out the window. Write it on your phone, write it on the page you were drawing on, write it on discord, who cares?
But you gotta just write it.
Sure, I've got dumb ideas sometimes. Other times, I realize partway through something that it's not working out. I've done rambling bits and monologues and environmental stuff and challenges and whatever.
But the thing is, I still write it.
It might be a crossover, or an idea based on someone's art, or heck, there have even been times I wrote a whole thing because I didn't like how another person wrote a character I loved!
You don't always have to share it with the world. You don't even have to share it with friends, family, or anyone.
But do it. See how it goes. See where the wave takes you. Maybe it'll end up with something you needed to write ("this was supposed to be a joke and now suddenly it's a metaphor for being LGBT"), or a new idea (I came up with a lot of ideas for a glitch as a form of horror while writing a silly crossover fic), or even just help to get the thought out.
Write. Doesn't matter if it starts out well or ends with a solid ending. What matters is that you get the idea on the page, because it's a lot easier to re-write an old idea if you actually have the old idea somewhere written down.

A quick thing I made for a fic called Black Box Warrior by the_angst_alchemist on ao3 (could've been better but I lost my motivation halfway through anyway go read it its amazing)
they're not super common but i really do appreciate characters who are introduced as one gender and later revealed to be closeted trans. i like that it challenges the audience to really think about how they perceive trans people because realistically not every trans person you meet is going to be out to you at first. yes we introduced this character as a man and now we're asking you to reframe her as a woman after you've already gotten to know her. can you be normal about that? can you be normal when it happens to people you know in real life? i hope you can.

Reference: Posemyart have done wonder for my art progression. Doesnt have hospital room? Go to PMA to create a the room yourself, youd even get to take shot of the room in diffrent perspective.
After gathering a bunch of hospital room images, i thought to myself "would MIRA care about making their hospital functional, espcially for the 2 employee thats now prolly considered liability?", so some of the props is sorta outdated.
Ps: From the model, Lime's bed is right in front of the room door (They're extra paranoid. Who would have seeing your coworkers kirked wouldnt be healthy for your mental health!). Also it’s a small room cuz it innitially is for 1 person only. Also the room is dominate by pink as reference to the pink (CEO?) crewmate
