you, soft and only
you, lost and lonely
I think it's actually essential to children's moral development to be exposed to short stories moderately beyond their reading level where a bunch of fucked up shit happens and then instead of offering a moral lesson or any sort of emotional or narrative resolution it just ends.
Anyone know any fics where Peter is a pro at/loves Eatingâ˘ď¸?
Either ass or pussy is fine. Can be any gender combo/spectrum.
Preferably Stiles/Peter, but would also love Peter/Chris, Peter/Sheriff, Peter/random hookup or⌠really any combo therein (aside from incest, please).
Fully asking for myself, not a friend đ đ¤Ş
i guess i like these guys a lot đââď¸

Aside from Nine's trousers looking at bit big, like he's got some junk in the trunk, I'm fairly happy with how this came out. Please don't judge hands - I'm no Leonardo when it comes to hands; redid Rose's hands three times and just made it worse.
I read a hollanov (heated rivalry) fic where ilya is basically Shaneâs âguard dogâ and Iâm actually foaming at the mouth thinking about Sterek with this dynamic. Derek who will rip someoneâs throat out with his teeth if they look at stiles the wrong way BUT only after stiles says itâs alright. Derek who will growl and snap at anyone who even stands near stiles but whimpers when stiles calls him good boy. Derek who will rip someone to shreds if they make a comment about him being an animal but lets stiles pet him and call him puppy. Derek protects stiles and fucks stiles and throws him around and makes him cry but they both know that stiles is always the one in control. Derek lives to please stiles and he loves it.
Iâm actually feral!!!!!!!!!! The concept made me think of your writing haha pls tell me you see the vision
Of course, I see the vision, how can I not WHEN STEREK IS THE BLUEPRINT FOR THIS SHIT
Derek snapping, glaring, snarling at everyone, his lip curling until Stiles pokes him in his side and tells him to quit it or else (Derek never finds out what that else implies bc Stiles never actually seeks to supress the wolf's instincts)
âThatâs offensive.â
âItâs fucking not,â Stiles scoffs. âFirst of all, he is a fag and thatâs not an insult to him either. Jackson would agree. And second of all, Iâve sucked enough dick to earn the right to say fag. If the assholes I went to school would reasonably call me it, Iâm allowed to reclaim it. And third of allââ
Stiles cuts himself off when he realizes Derek looks like he just swallowed a lemon. Normally Derekâs faces range from bored to gently amused to quietly homicidal, and this isâŚdifferent.
âShit,â Stiles sighs, âyouâre gonna be weird about this. Thatâs kind of hypocritical for someone calling me out on homophobiaââ
âIâm not,â Derek huffs, rolling his eyes. âIâm not homophobic. We just donât talk aboutâsex.â
Itâs true, they donât. They talk about monsters and magic and weird wolf stuff; sometimes, in their more normal moments (although that depends on how one defines ânormalâ) they talk about movies and cars and the general cultural development of Beacon Hills. But the closest theyâve come to talking about sex is Derek being weird about that time Stiles found womenâs panties in his laundry.
âSorry,â Stiles mutters at the book in front of him. (Heâs at Derekâs new place, a townhouse that doesnât have any holes in the walls, with central air and a real kitchen, and a bedroom instead of a big bed in the fucking middle of the living room. Theyâre meant to be looking through their combined collections of occult sources for information about a weird weather pattern Stiles is sure heâs noticed, but theyâve been chatting over Cherry Cokes and a big bag of Cheetos while pretending to read.) âAlthough Iâm not that sorryâso what, dude? You think I spent all that time away at school not getting laid?â
âI didnât say that,â Derek says with a dramatic roll of his eyes. âIâm sure youââ He winces gently; Stiles is pretty sure his skin is turning red. âLetâs stop talking.â
âSo it is the gay thing,â Stiles says, mostly to himself. âWellâthe bi thing. You know, straight guys think fellatio is a submissive act, butââ
Derek closes the book in front of him pointedly, two halves slamming together. âIâm not straight. I thought you were.â
Stiles blinks. âWhat?â
âIâm not straight, and Iâve sucked more dick than you have and I still think you shouldnât call Jackson aâyou know.â
Stilesâ whole brain is flooded with the hypothetical image of Derek Hale on his knees for some guy even bigger and beefier than he is. Orâmaybe a different type of guy.
âStiles.â
âHow could you possibly assume I was straight?!â Stiles knows thatâs probably not the chief issue at the moment, but itâs the first thing that comes to mind. âI fuckingâyou knew that Iâare you a fucking idiot or just incredibly unobservant?â
Derek sighs, arms crossing over his chest as he leans back in his chair. âI shouldâve known because you walked around as a teenager smelling like arousal? Thatâs how most teenagers smell ninety percent of the time.â
âThe ogling!â Stiles all but shouts. âThat time in my room with Dannyâthat was so fucking obvious!â
Derekâs face turns inquisitive, head tilting like heâs trying to recall. âThe only people I remember you ogling were women. Girls. Lydia.â
âHoly shit,â Stiles exhales. âThatâs crazy, dude. Iâm, like, super bi. Horny for all genders. Interested in hotties of all identities.â
âI got it.â
âI thought you were straight.â
One of Derekâs perfect eyebrows arches up. âI wax my chest, Stiles.â
âStraight guys wax!â
âNot any that I know.â
âYouâve onlyâIâve only ever heard about you with women.â
âYou should be more observant,â Derek says.
âI should be more observant? Me? I was making fuck me eyes at you for two years and you had no idea.â
Derek scoffs. âThat look was intentional? I thought you were just naturally twink-ish.â
A stab of embarrassment shudders through him. So Derek did know, at least partly, even if he didnât understand the meaning. Bastard. âGod, Iâm glad youâre not so fucking depressed anymore but I liked you better before your ego tripled in size.â
Derek smirks at him. âThat was a lie. The second part.â
âFuck you,â Stiles says without any real heat. Heâs defensive, internally cringing at the raw feeling that accompanies dredging up his teenage crush. âSo fine, neither of us are straight. Good talk.â His shame sends him to his feet, legs knocking the dining chair out of the way with a too-loud knock against the hardwood floor. âIâll take these andââ
âIf Iâd known,â Derek says, interrupting his spiral, âI wouldâve said something earlier.â
Stiles hesitates, fingers poised to scoop a pile of books into his arms. âWhat? About being bi? Yeah, dude, no worries. We can form a queer caucus in the packâalthough thatâs most of us, to be fair.â
âI wouldâve said something about being interested in you.â
For a second, Stiles is pretty sure he heard that wrong. Orâheâs asleep. Dreaming. Heâs in bed right now and his hindbrain has resorted to evil trickery because the normal nightmares just arenât enough; his subconscious has to taunt him with Derek-shaped fantasies too. But he counts ten fingers and he can feel the pain of holding his breath, which meansâheâs awake. Jesus.
âI really didnât know,â Derek says. âItâs not like we really talk about our private lives with each other. We only spend time together for pack stuff.â
âBut if youâd known,â Stiles mutters.
âIâd have said something.â
âSomething likeâwhat?â
A gentle smile curls at the corner of Derekâs mouth. Heâs amused, which is better than the alternative. âStiles, would you like to stay for dinner?â
Oh, man. Stiles has a lot of ideas about how that dinner would go. Especially the end of it. (Derek Hale sucks dick, his brain helpfully reminds him.) âFine,â he agrees. âBut only if youâre buying. Even your unobservant ass canât have missed that Iâm queer and broke.â
âI can cook. And I have ice cream for dessert.â
Stilesâ cheeks tingle as blood rushes to his face. The look Derekâs wearing isnât just amused; itâs kind ofâhungry. âYouâre thinking about me sucking your dick, right? Thatâs why you got weirdâbecause it turned you on when I said that I suck dick.â
âStiles.â
âYeah.â
âSit down if youâre staying.â
He doesnât really have to think about it. It takes two seconds for Stiles to drop firmly back into his chair, pulse thudding in his ears. Yeah, heâs definitely staying.
Derek Hale is having a perfectly normal morning.
Which is to say: the coffee tastes burnt, the fridge is making a noise that sounds ominously sentient, and Peter is sitting at the kitchen island wearing Derekâs hoodie like he owns it.
Cora is there too, perched on the counter, swinging her legs and scrolling through her phone.
Stiles is also there.
Which is, Derek realizes belatedly, probably the problem.
Stiles is pacing.
Not the usual Stiles pacing, either. This is aggressive pacing. Arms flailing, words spilling out faster than Derek can track, socked feet slapping against the loft floor like heâs trying to wear a groove into it.
âIâm just saying,â Stiles says, gesturing wildly at absolutely nothing, âif youâre going to ignore your phone for twelve hours, maybe you could consider the fact that I might assume youâre dead? Or kidnapped? Or dead and kidnapped?â
âI was at the shop,â Derek says, evenly. Calmly. Patiently. Like a man who has had this argument before. âMy phone died.â
Stiles spins on him. âPhones donât just die, Derek. They give warnings. They blink. They vibrate. They cry out for help.â
Peter hums into his mug. âThat last one might be projection.â
Cora snorts.
Derek shoots Peter a look. âWhy are you still here?â
Peter smiles sweetly. âYour hospitality is unmatched.â
âGet your own coffee.â
âI did.â Peter taps the mug. âFrom your cabinet.â
Stiles throws his hands up. âSee? This is what Iâm talking about. Zero boundaries. No communication. Absolute emotional negligence.â
Derek frowns. âWhy are you this upset?"
Stiles opens his mouth.
Closes it.
Opens it again.
âWell maybe,â Stiles says, voice rising just a little, âbecause when you disappear without telling me, my brain immediately decides youâve run off on some reckless alpha martyr mission and I donât find out until Iâm identifying a body and-â
âI left you a note,â Derek says.
âYou left me a Post-it that said âBack later.ââ
âThat is a note.â
âThat is a threat.â
Cora leans toward Peter. âIs this-â
Peter nods. âYes.â
Derek rubs his temples. âStiles. I was gone half a day.â
âHalf a day is six hours too long when you have a habit of almost dying,â Stiles snaps. âSorry that I care about you.â
There it is.
The silence lands like a dropped plate.
Stiles freezes.
Derek freezes.
Peter slowly lowers his mug.
Cora blinks.
Stiles swallows, eyes wide, and then - because this is Stiles Stilinski and there is no off switch - he barrels straight through it.
âI mean obviously I care,â Stiles says quickly. Too quickly. âBecause youâre, you knowâŚyou. And youâre important. And if something happened to you it would be bad. For me. Emotionally. Like, devastatingly bad. World-ending bad. Canât-breathe bad. Which is normal. For friends. Best friends. OrâŚwhatever we are.â
Derekâs brain has left the building.
Peterâs eyebrows are somewhere near his hairline.
Cora looks between them. âWait,â she says slowly. âYouâre not together?â
Stiles laughs. A little hysterically. âWhat? No. Why would we-â
Peter cuts in, delighted. âOh, sweetheart.â
Derek croaks, âWhat?â
Cora hops off the counter. âWe thought you were dating.â
Stiles stares at her. âIâm sorry, what?â
Peter gestures vaguely between Derek and Stiles. âThe domesticity. The way you argue like an old married couple. The fact that Stiles sleeps here more than at his fatherâs house.â
âI sleep on the couch!â Stiles protests.
âWith his hoodie as a pillow,â Peter says. âAnd his scent soaked into it.â
Derekâs ears are burning.
Cora shrugs. âAlso you pack his lunch.â
âI pack everyoneâs lunch!â
âYou cut the crusts off his sandwiches.â
Stilesâ mouth opens. Closes. âHe doesnât like crusts.â
Derek mutters, âTheyâre unnecessary.â
Peter beams. âSee? Courtship.â
Stiles turns slowly toward Derek. âDid you think that we were dating too?â
Derek finally finds his voice. âIâŚno. wellâŚI didnât-â
âYou didnât think to mention that?â Stiles demands.
Derek looks miserable. âI thought you knew.â
âKnew what?!"
âThat I-â Derek stops. Breathes. Tries again. âThat I like you.â
The world stops.
Stilesâ face goes completely blank.
âOh,â he says.
Peter hums. âThere it is.â
Cora grins. âTold you.â
Stilesâ laugh this time is soft. Disbelieving. âYou - wait - you like me?â
Derek nods once. Then, because apparently today is the day of honesty, adds, âA lot.â
Stiles sways slightly. âCool. Cool cool cool. Because I-â He gestures vaguely at himself. âI may have just accidentally confessed my undying devotion in front of your entire family.â
Peter raises his mug. âWeâre touched.â
Cora claps. âThis is better than TV.â
Stiles looks at Derek, eyes bright and a little watery. âI like you too. A lot. LikeâŚridiculously. I just didnât think-â
Derek steps closer. Careful. Like Stiles might spook.
âI was going to ask you out,â Derek says. âEventually.â
âEventually,â Stiles echoes. âWe live together.â
âI wanted to do it right.â
Stiles smiles. Soft and fond and completely undone. âYou are doing it right.â
Peter clears his throat loudly. âSo. Are we interrupting or-â
âYes,â Derek and Stiles say in unison.
Cora laughs and heads for the door, grabbing Peter by the arm. âCome on. Let them figure it out.â
Peter allows himself to be dragged, calling over his shoulder, âUse protection! And labels!â
The door closes.
Silence.
Then Stiles exhales a laugh. âWell. That was a thing.â
Derek nods. âWe should talk."
âDefinitely.â
A beat.
Stiles steps forward and presses a quick, awkward kiss to Derekâs mouth.
Pulls back.
Grins.
âHi,â he says.
Derek smiles back, slow and warm and absolutely certain. âHi.â
And somewhere downstairs, Peter Hale smiles smugly, because honestly, it was about time.
I think this is really important to see today. A lot of us are scared about National Guard deployment. We remember 2020, we remember tanks in our streets and helicopters flying over our homes and how similar this already feels today.
But the Minnesota National Guard seems to want to change how their deployment will be perceived, to connect with the community. Contrast this look with ICE: hi-vis vests instead of tactical gear, a smile instead of a mask, and ID displayed instead of hidden (the one talking is a Lt. Col by the way. Not sure if he is base commander but high up. Here's hoping he gets that full bird soon!)
They were out offering donuts, hot cocoa, and coffee to protesters at Whipple. "It's a demonstration of safety and security, we're here to help." Even more this was an expression of TRUST. They trust the community to react appropriately.
Look, none of this is perfect. Every bit of this city is tense. But never in my life have I seen even part of a National Guard deployment during protests look like this. Something is changing. Keep up the 'ope.
You donât have to LIKE the fact that the National Guard is here and please be on the lookout for any abuse of protesters, but they are genuinely one of the most important buffers we have between the federal government and civil war with Minnesota. Theyâre Minnesotans who have been ordered by Governor Walz to monitor federal activity and keep Minnesotans safe. I bet most of them are furious about the federal government occupying us too. Most local police definitely are.
Please try not to antagonize themâ they are our neighbors too. If the feds escalate and try to provoke civil war, the National Guard are going to be the ones responding to that and keeping our state safe. Their purpose first and foremost is to defend the state of Minnesota.
I watched this video on instagram a few hours ago and I immediately started sobbing because this means that Trump doesn't have the military.
He has a paramilitary, but the US Armed forces are so far standing on the side of the people and the US Constitution. This is a gesture of faith and trust and solidarityâand is unequivocally a sign that there is institutional resistance to Trump/DHS/ICE/CBP's violence. We CANNOT WIN without the military. The military is the deciding factor in regimes sustaining or collapsing 100% of the time.
Let the hope of this video penetrate into the cells in your body. Trump doesn't have the military. Not yet!!!
#b''h trump has spent his career badmouthing the military. sure there's gonna be dolts in the military who still worship him.#but there's plenty of people who won't forget how President Bone Spurs mocked Senator John McCain's status as a POW
@blunderpuff, your tags pass peer review.
Thereâs also a pretty major difference between National Guard folks and the full-time military folks. National Guard members are your neighbors. They live with you 3 weeks out of the month. They have regular jobs and attend college and spend most of their time in their community. They are way more connected to their local communities than the general active duty folks.
