i know it's common for people to talk about how it sucks to live with depression, and know thats just how it's going to be for the rest of your life. but it honestly is such a sad thought. you sit here knowing your depressed, and know it's going to be a bad couple of days, or a bad couple of weeks, even a bad couple of months. depending on how well i can work my way through it. but in the end it doesn't matter. because it's going to keep coming back and keep coming back. to know that i will never live a life without depression is something that i have to train my brain to be ok with doing. but it’s getting very hard the older i get and the more things just don’t seem worth it anymore.
