Having a journal to write down my sudden mood swings and splits as been really helpful.

I got some sour patch kids before work today, I ended up needed them and I only hate the yellow ones. It was gross and I hated it. But it forced me to focus on that nasty flavor rather than my already spiraling and switching back and forth emotions.

I can’t wait to get a new bag so I can properly bring the stuff I need to help cope in public spaces.
