I didn't really think to make a post like this before, because there was just 1 or 2 people who directly asked for help in my inbox, but as it has repeated a few times now, and knowing it's very difficult to ask for money only to be let down, I decided it was best to have this post up so it can spare some sorrow to people who are let down by my inability to help them.
I do not have a bank account, and I am a person with zero income, I am currently dependent on my parents and have never actually had financial freedom.
I will always reblog the donation posts I come across or receive in my inbox, but I hate to disappoint many people who are gathering all of their courage and smothering all of their pride and upbringing, as it was said many times that Palestinians do not take asking for help lightly, and that many were very hesitant to even ask until there was no other option. Not to mention that being let down repeatedly when you muster all your willpower to ask a stranger for help will only dishearten a person even more, even more so when it seems like the person who rejects you seems like someone who will be able and willing to land a hand. I rebloged many fundraisers, which I think is sign enough to give people hope that asking in person will not lead to rejections, so I really hate the thought of them feeling another heartbreak when I say I can only help by rebloging. If you experience one less heartbreak because you see this post -i will keep it pinned- I will not regret airing out my abysmal financial situation.

have passed since the war turned our lives upside down. Today, we find ourselves helpless in a tent that provides no refuge from the biting cold or the relentless rain. Our children, who should know warmth and safety, lie on a cold, damp ground, and our hearts are burdened with fear for their well-being.
We ask for very little—just the opportunity to protect our children from this merciless winter. Your support can be the lifeline between survival and despair.

Ezzideen is currently working in two hospitals, both on a completely voluntary basis. He works 24-hour shifts, five days a week!
The conditions for doctors are unimaginable. They often receive no food, and sometimes all they get is white rice, as there is no food available in the northern region of Gaza.
The danger is constant. The hospital is not a safe place, and just last week, three people were killed at the entrance of Kamal Edwan Hospital in an Israeli airstrike.
Ezzideen is doing everything he can to help.
He needs your support to survive this war and help his family survive it too.
Any donation you can give is deeply appreciated.

My friend Mahmoud’s family is living under extreme danger in Gaza. During the genocide, a rocket struck the house they were seeking refuge in, killing 13 people. Mahmoud’s family, including his sister and her six-month-old daughter, were seriously injured. Despite this, they remain under constant threat from shelling and drone attacks.
For the past two weeks, they have been unable to sleep due to the fear of gunfire and exploding shells. Even their makeshift tent has been hit by bullets and shrapnel, but by the grace of God, they have survived. The family of 17, including 10 children, faces skyrocketing living costs, exploitation, and severe hardship in the Al-Nuseirat Camp.
They need your help. Any donation will go toward covering basic daily needs and medical treatment. They recently spent $900 on a wood and plastic tent to shelter from the cold, a small example of the exploitation they endure. They also need $130 per day for essentials.
Please help us support Mahmoud’s family and bring them a glimmer of hope. Your contribution—financial or through sharing makes a difference.

Terrifying news from Nuseirat Refugee Camp: Israeli fighter jets bombed three family homes, killing at least seven and injuring many more. Armored vehicles and helicopters are also targeting civilians, and six more people have been killed in overnight airstrikes. Israel has ordered evacuations, but past actions show that even so-called 'safe zones' are not secure.
I’m really scared for Mahmoud's family (@mahmoudfamily1) in Gaza. They have 17 members, including 10 children, and their tent was hit by bullets and shrapnel. They narrowly escaped a bomb. Mahmoud’s GoFundMe has only reached 1% since May. They urgently need help for food, medical care, and safety.
Yesterday, my family was warned to evacuate as our area was targeted. Thankfully, we escaped unharmed, but the land where we were staying was bombed and destroyed. Now, we’re struggling to find a safe place to stay.
Despite being safe for now, we have nowhere to sleep. The Israeli IDF ordered an evacuation, but there’s no shelter left for us.
Please support my family during this difficult time.

Mahmoud's 17 family members, including 10 children, have lost their tent and everything after it was bombed! They now have nowhere to sleep! They just spent $900 remaking the tent so it can better shield them from the heavy rain and the coming winter, and now it's all gone and they have nothing to protect them from the cold weather! Please help them!
As an extra incentive to donate, I'm hosting a freshwater pearl phone charm raffle to raise funds for this campaign (UK only)! Click here to enter after you donated!

"Hamdi used to run a modest shop, a place where he not only made a living but also built connections with his neighbors. It was more than just a business; it was a symbol of stability and hope in a region often plagued by turmoil. However, seven months ago, everything changed. The war escalated, and Hamdi’s shop was destroyed in the crossfire.
Forced to leave his home, Hamdi has had to move from place to place in the Gaza Strip, seeking safety wherever he could find it. He has been evacuated more than seven times, with each move becoming more desperate than the last. He now finds himself living in a tent, with minimal access to food and water."

While you're here, no matter what you've answered I am offering you the opportunity to do even more.
Ahmed is six years old; he and his family are currently fighting to survive the genocide in Ghazzah, and have been for over a year now.
Much of Ahmed's family is disabled; his father is diabetic, his brother Abdullah is autistic, his brother Fathi is blind. On top of that, many of them have been injured by the bombs and shrapnel, like Mohammed, who is suffering from an injured leg.
They were displaced from their home by an evacuation order, and have since taken shelter in a UN school in Deir Al-Balah.
Life is incredibly difficult; they are surrounded by disease and death. The water that's available is contaminated, and food is scarce. Ahmed and his siblings have suffered malnutrition due to how little there is to go around. Ahmed's father lost his shop and no longer has a source of income as a result, making securing resources even more difficult than it would be anyways.
This description, in all honestly, doesn't do justice to just how horrific their situation is. Please do not grow numb to words like "contamination", "disease", "malnutrition", and "genocide". These are more than words on a screen; these are real things being suffered by Ahmed and his family as well as millions of others in Ghazzah.

In order to help them to evacuate and rebuild their lives, they need to raise €50,000. So far, they've only raised €3,847 with their last donation being 17 hours ago.
Please donate if you can; and even if you cannot donate, please share. Every contribution, no matter how small to you, makes a real difference.
A year has passed since the war in Gaza began— a year of destruction, displacement, and pain. Families have lost their homes, and children grew up to the sounds of bombings, still waiting for peace. Every day is a battle for survival, but there is always hope. Hope from the resilience of a people who refuse to give up and from friends who stand by us.
I need your support now more than ever. Help me share these stories of hope and resilience with the world. If you can, please donate— every contribution helps rebuild lives and bring hope to families in need.
Together, we can be part of Gaza's recovery by spreading hope and making a difference.
i haven’t used tumblr in years but my friend @ibtisams told me it was a good place to share gofundme campaigns for families in gaza.
i want to share the fundraiser for the naseer and al kafarna family. ghazal is a young girl who was separated from her parents with her 2 siblings last october. while leaving northern gaza, they connected with fayez, amal and their three children. fayez and amal took in ghazal and her siblings like they were their own and they have been trying to survive together for a year now. they need money to survive, the high prices of everything make it impossible to get basic necessities and fayez’s daughter, alma, suffers from malnutrition. i am hoping to help raise £25,000 for these two families. the link to donate is below, and here is a link to see a message from ghazal right before her 16th birthday a few months ago

- Amidst the destruction, there are still small moments of peace. My cat reminds me that even in the darkest times, there’s always something to hold onto.
- A smile hides the struggles we face daily in Gaza, but our strength remains. We continue to hope for a better future, even when the present feels so uncertain.
- Even in times of war, we stay resilient. The weight of the world is heavy, but we push forward, standing tall with hope in our hearts.
*Life After the Destruction of My Home*
My life took an unimaginable turn when my home was bombed and reduced to ruins. The place I once called home, where I shared countless memories with my family, is now nothing but rubble. Walls that used to protect us have crumbled, and every corner of the house is filled with shattered dreams and broken belongings.
Now, I live in a tent, trying to make sense of the pieces of my life that are left. The cold nights and the hot days make every moment in this tent a struggle. There is no comfort, no privacy, and no sense of safety. Every day, I wake up hoping for peace, for a chance to rebuild, but right now, that hope seems distant.
This experience has taught me about the fragility of life. I never imagined that in a blink of an eye, everything I had could be taken away. Living in this tent is a daily reminder of what was lost, and yet, it is also a reminder to keep moving forward, no matter how difficult the path may seem.
But amidst all the destruction, I remain hopeful. Hopeful that one day, I will have a home again, where my family can live in peace, free from fear and destruction.
Dear friends and supporters,
My life changed forever when my home was destroyed in the recent bombings. Everything I once had – my home, my belongings, and my sense of security – has been reduced to rubble. Today, I live in a tent, trying to survive day by day in harsh conditions. With no permanent shelter, and limited resources, I face an uncertain future.
I am reaching out to you for help. Any contribution, no matter how small, will bring me one step closer to rebuilding my life and finding a place where I can feel safe again. Your generosity will provide me with the basics I need to survive and start over.
Please share my story and help me spread the word by sharing this link with your network. Together, we can turn this devastating situation into a chance to rebuild and restore hope.
Thank you for your kindness and support during these difficult times.

The campaign is moving very slowly. Asking for help every time is embarrassing and uncomfortable, but I feel I have no choice but to do it again. Genocide does not stop, and day by day, things don't get easier, and we can't adapt. Our dreams, study and work are all suspended while we feel that the world continues its life carelessly. Help us survive and resume our lives.
I would like to tell you that I am from Gaza, where we now live under bombs, explosives, warplanes from which we cannot sleep for many nights and other things. This war has destroyed our bodies, lives and souls. You destroyed our homes, robbed us of everything, destroyed all places, changed all the features and changed our situation for the worse. We lived a life of dignity, peace and love of life, and here we live in hunger, fear and terror, me, my children and the rest of my family members, and we do not have the slightest elements of life, and we live in very dilapidated tents. We don't know how to act when winter comes on us. We will drown in rain and wind, and I won't know how to protect my children or my family, neither from bombing nor from winter. So please help me so that my children and my family can live and survive this horrible war
