I'm gonna be honest, if a Tumblr post mildly shitting on what you perceive as a flaw you have, has the capacity to make you give up on pursuing writing, then you're the type of artist who's going to be unwilling to improve or learn and will forever create bad art, which is still art, but not something I think even the people around you would lament on "missing out". The alternative is also you're the artist who will double down on said flaw just to "spite the critics", which if you also embody the average fandom tumblr-user, will probably result in the most tone deaf racist art imaginable. So also, not a big loss.

me, zero beers in: you know... to be a man is to be a construct. one doesnt choose to be a man it is THRUST upon them.. to have no choice but to perform is to be denied true personhood. and well. to be a person. is to be a woman. i have never spoken to a man performing masculinity and felt like he actually had any personality outside of the performance, it swallows him whole because to be a Man™ is to pretend endlessly lest you get kicked out of the club... and every woman ive met had such a rich inner life and such variety of experiences and desires and everything... the role of Man is inherently one of Not Being a Woman. and well ... since women are people. like to be a woman is to be a person. to be a PERSON is to be a woman. so to be a man is to deny that personhood. so to give everyone their personhood back we must abolish Men as a class .... and only Women shall remain.. bc the Woman is who the Man is when hes not performing. that is the thing which he denies himself.. ERGO!!! to grant everyone their personhood. we must first make everyone a woman. to liberate the woman (concept) is to liberate all humankind. #feminizetheworld #wheneveryoneisawomannobodywillbe
