Here is the video of Oscar Forsberg who has been training with me for more than 6 months. He wasn’t able to raise his arm and couldn’t even hang on the pull up bar. We worked properly activating the muscles in a shoulder movement and shoulder stablization. Now he can lift almost his body weight in snatch (his BW : 71kg, snatch : 65kg). Read his testomony: ‘“ I was injured on and off for the last 2-3 years when I couldn’t do any weightlifting, any weight over head, or exercises involving hanging from a bar. I went to a number of physiotherapists and did so much rehab! However when Boo started helping me I could lift weight over head after 3 weeks, and started progressing very rapidly in weightlifting.
