Ingredients: 4 cups baby spinach leaves. 1 cup mixed berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. 1/4 cup sliced almonds. 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced. 1 avocado, diced. 2 tablespoons poppy seeds. 2 tablespoons maple syrup. 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1/4 cup olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
