And I like Chosen One, but most of the things he suffers in Season 3 are punishment for his previous actions, he was redeemed, but also punished
Ok, I still think ep 13 is mostly peak, but I realized another thing that bugs me a little
I don't like that TDL is the main villain/antagonist again, he already had his moment in Season 2, this was supposed to be Victim's arc (At least it felt like that for me), but he was basically reduced to a secondary threat and Dark's sidekick
It's like Alan saw all the people begging for Dark to come back and couldn't resist giving them a huge fanservice, and I like Dark Lord, but I also think he didn't need to return
Like at this point I don't see how this won't be just Season 2.5
So, ep 13...
It was mostly peak, I still think TDL being the one who killed Mitsi is kinda lame, and I got sad seeing my favorite character die and become a mindless slave (And I think the way he lost was a bit dumb), but at least he gave a great fight scene, outside of those two things, I liked the episode

When I was marathoning Mob Psycho 100, from the start of Season 2 to the end, I shipped Mob and Mezato, I dunno, I just thought their scenes were cute

While it´s already obvious Victim´s arc won´t end like this, I think it would´ve been cool if Vic hadn´t let go his desire for revenge and died trying to achieve it, paralelling King Orange, who realized his mistakes and found redemption, while Victim couldn´t, which led to his downfall, showing the other face of the coin, what happens when you´re consumed by revenge and have no one that gets you out of that pit of despair

dark actually has REALLY good control over their emotions most of the time, it comes from having to resist their mission code for 7 years. they struggle a bit when it’s fear or anger, but as long as they can calm down when the emotions aren’t too high they’re usually fine. people are always surprised when the dark lord shows some semblance of emotional intelligence/self control
