#the second coming

Eng: SNDJA The sketch I've been putting off posting for so long. Honestly, I was hesitant to do it because of how messy it looks, but I was just being a perfectionist; it's just a rough draft. xp

Someday I'll post the finished version *wink* *wink* I can't promise it will be soon, though; I've been really busy lately. ;-;

The main character in the drawing is TSC, while on the right side, from top to bottom, I'd add the rest of the Color Gang, referencing the episode where they escape from the monsters in minecarts and wake TSC up with music, as well as when he fell asleep in the building contest episodes.

I don't remember the exact episode numbers, but I'll definitely mention them when I finish it (since I tend to look up the episode number for reference u.u).

Esp: SNDJA El boceto que estuve durante mucho tiempo posponiendo en publicar, la verdad es que me daba cosa hacerlo por lo desordenado que se ve, pero solo estaba siendo perfeccionista, solo es un bosquejo. xp

Algún día lo publicare terminado *guiño" *guiño* no prometo que pronto, he estado muy ocupada últimamente. ;-;

El personaje principal del dibujo es TSC, mientras que en la parte derecha desde arriba hasta abajo, se añadiría al resto de la color gang, referenciando el capítulo donde escapan con vagonetas de los monstruos y donde despiertan a TSC con música, además de cuando este se dormía en los capítulos de concursos de construcción.

Oliver Stone's talents as a director may be erratic but they shine at full strength in the richness of this scene depicting an uneasy agreement between President Richard Nixon and CIA director Richard Helms.

Stone's trademark of combining aesthetic precision with playful creativity gives this scene a spinning prism-like effect, flashing light into a myriad of shadowy and suggestive areas. However the historical inaccuracy of Oliver Stone's works is often held up. My view is that watching a film is like experiencing another person's dream.

A film cannot really re-create people or events. It is inherently too subjective. Stone's "dreams" make me especially curious to know more about historical figures and events and in that sense I appreciate them. I do not watch them expecting to see "what really happened". Hopkins is a puppet, Stone a puppeteer creating questions and intrigue. Like them we have to find our own truth about Nixon and Helms.

Hardly are those words out  when a vast image out of Spiritus Mundi Troubles my sight: somewhere in sands of the desert a shape with lion body and the head of a man. A gaze blank and pitiless as the sun, Is moving its slow thighs, while all about it    Reel shadows of the indignant desert birds.    The darkness drops again; but now I know  that twenty centuries of stony sleep were vexed to nightmare by a rocking cradle,  and what rough beast, its hour come round at last,  slouches towards Bethlehem to be born?
