thursdayband: This young man in the van not only became a world class stadium level drummer but more importantly he became an amazing father!!! Special shout out to all the dads that have played with us over the years! The extended family of Thursday is quite a sight to behold and when we play local we always try to factor in a play time hour before doors, so the kids can have fun pushing all the buttons that operate the stage lights and sometimes they even jam! Movies on the bus are also pretty popular! Super special shout out to our fathers and every awesome parent out there who encourages their kids to play obnoxiously loud guitar and drums in their apartments, basements and garages - you are changing the world for the better. Thank you to the fathers in our crew who leave home to provide. No thank you to bad dads and all love to the mothers who very often make the best fathers.
