Relationships between Vhaeraun and his worshippers may be a little more belligerent than most, but the big guy is always looking out for his little guys.

He's building the most INSANE monk build: 6 levels in way of the open hand, 3 in thief rogue (2 bonus actions), 2 in fighter (for action surge), and then 2 druid to become a spore druid, so he gets symbiotic entity with its 1d6 necrotic damage w/ unarmed attacks bonus. He also wants that sporekeeper armor so he can get haste spores 1x per long rest, which DONT make you lethargic when that spore haste condition ends.

So between thief, action surge, and haste, he'll get 8 attacks per turn / 10 punches per turn 😂 (4 main hand punches bc of haste, 2 Flurry of blows, action surge, another 2 main hand punches, right?) Oh and he wants this helmet in cazadors manor that gives you an additional bonus action when you're below 50% health, so actually he can do up to 12 punches per turn bc then he'll have 3 bonus actions 😂. I guarantee you he'll be hurting himself before combat JUST to get that extra bonus action lol.

And the damage stacking will be crazy: each punch will be getting at least +5 radiant/psychic/necrotic damage from the kushigo boots, then the 1d6 necrotic of symbiotic entity applies to each punch as well. PLUS he has a pair of gloves that does 1d4 acid damage per punch LOL. And he has a couple other pieces of modded gear that add +1 unarmed damage.

Between his 5 billion punches per turn and Arakka w/ extra attack rolling crits at 15 by the end of the game, that netherbrain doesn't stand a chance 😂

Tl;dr monk is THEE most goated class in the game. Followed closely by rogue and paladin!! (esp if you have the level 20 mod to get those level 4 smites...Isidro killed the netherbrain practically by himself lmfao)

and of course bloodlust elixir for another action as long as you kill something

if you're not in honor mode, use mind sanctuary to turn one bonus action into a full action

wear the vest of soul rejuvenation, intentionally provoke an opportunity attack, and if (when) they miss use your reaction to hit them. or use riposte for the same effect (you'll need one more level in fighter or the martial adept feat)

i can't remember if you can wield a knife and still punch. if so, the duelists prerogative gives you another reaction, either for the riposte trick or for your halo of spores

wild magic sorcerer theoretically gives you a chance at rolling action surge (use the ring of feywild sparks for a 100% chance at wild magic surge). i tried to test if it stacks with normal action surge, but with only one level in sorcerer, i was unable to get it to roll action surge at all in over 60 attempts, so there may be a level requirement or it may be hard-coded not to appear on a fighter multiclass. (the sorcery points one is the only other one that never triggered, and you don't get sorcery points at level 1, so i'm leaning level requirement. in vanilla you only have one level left after 6 monk/3 rogue/2 fighter so i had no more levels to give)

so the best i can do is 6 actions, 3 bonus actions, and 2 reactions (or 5/4/2 if you prefer)

And yes so we have the Monk 5e adjustments mod that let's you hold a weapon and still punch, however duellist prerogative's reaction seems to only work when you use the weapon? Have you tried it yourself/ do you know if the reaction would trigger on an unarmed hit?
