I think we only see 5 for sure (Jevil, Lancer, Rouxls, and Spamton) and one kinda weird/dubious case (the Shadow Mantle/whatever you fight in SWORD route).

I guess it does happen in Chapter 5 kinda too, technically, given the 6 flowers turn back into flowers before the dark fountain is sealed near the end of the chapter…

In undertale the note is described as a poorly drawn picture of three smiling people with the words "don't forget" written in lowercase.

In the scene where Sans asks Susie to draw the pic of her and her friends (obviously the origin of this note) she is with Kris and Noelle, and mentions Ralsei since she is buying ice cream in their absence as requested.

So which group of three does she draw?

The three physically there? (Susie, Kris, Noelle)

The heros? (Susie, Kris, Ralsei)
