I have a genuine fear of all the things that bother me now will bother me forever and then I’ll never find the will power to get away from this shit

I worked two nights in a row and didn’t sleep inbetween them and I can’t sleep now. I went to the gym to walk in the treadmill and read for an hour just to see if that would make me tired and instead I’m dizzy and my eyes are dry.

I was reading some old writing and journals and compared it with some stuff I’ve finished recently and I’m so pleased with how much better I’ve gotten!

I was trying to watch this movie Not Without My Daughter and I’ve never been so stressed not only by the content but the negative weight of the stereotypes of Iranians like talk about a rock a hard place.

I personally feel like it's difficult to meaningfully read like 75+ books per year like idk but I feel like between 20-50 is the sweet spot between reading at a consistent pace and actually engaging with the work
