I think Ava and Skuld are the most likely options at this stage because their current circumstances are a complete unknown (even accounting for one of them possibly being Subject X and/or the Nameless Star) and both have been completely separated from their group.

In theory she could be any of the Dark Road girls, but considering Vali's identity isn't hidden I don't see why they would hide one of theirs, so it makes much more sense to be either Ava or Skuld especially since they would bring a bit more to the table in terms of mystery factor. Elrena as well I think wouldn't be hidden since they're open to showing Luxord's face.

Part of me is leaning towards Ava at the moment since the Foretellers and MoM are already being set up to play a role in KH4, and since BHG has the same "sitting with hands in lap" mannerism (but at the same time it's kind of weak evidence, Skuld could just as easily be sitting with hands in her lap)
