Skyrim is only, like, 16 GB with all DLCs. Skyrim. While not PC, all of the Xenoblade games (famous for being massive and open world) are under 35 GB. Wolfquest only needs 20 GB and it's not even particularly well optimized. Open World =/= needs huge sizes.
