So a 71 year old woman is being evicted from her home of 20 years so the land owner can capitalise on the fame of West Horsley Place, where Ghosts (2019-2023) was filmed, and turn her nearby cottage into a holiday let for Ghosts fans. This amazingly against the spirit of the show and fandom.

Hello! Myself and a few hundred other lesbians (etc.) are hiking 26 miles, the length of the Gaza strip, this Saturday (20/09/25) to raise money for Gaza Sunbirds, a Palestinian paracycling team that is currently also distributing aid on the ground in Gaza. We are almost at £10k, and any donations will be a great help in achieving this goal.

As we know, Israel's attacks on Gaza have only been intensifying, including attacks on residential buildings and those seeking aid. Yesterday we learned of the death of Sunbirds team member Ziad's young son Mohammed Al-Madani - killed while looking for aid. I will be thinking of Mohammed, Ziad, and the countless others who have been injured, disabled, and killed by the forces of the occupation as I walk on Saturday.
