Ming stooped down to scoop the penguin in his arms, bringing it up to his face. His pale green eyes narrowed as he met the penguin's gaze. "Where's the girl, penguin?"

"Oh, Di-," Ming managed to restrain himself from using the name Richard specifically mentioned not to call him. "Richard, you think I'm nice?" he smirked. "How nice?" Ming leaned closer, leveling his gaze with the other man's.

..But, thank you.

Ming affectionately patted her head. "No more tears," he told her gruffly yet not unkindly. "I'm back now. And I'm sorry for leaving you. I'm sorry."

At the sight of Lieu, Ming smiled. "Hey there, Swamp Girl," he ruffled her hair affectionately. "I'm in tip top shape now, but you're free to examine me until you're fully convinced," his grin turned impish.

"I can bend, alright," Ming grinned lasciviously. "But, why don't you go first?"

Ming's eyes slid shut before he let out a breath. His lids lifted and he immediately sought out the tiny girl's gaze. "Xiao-mao," he murmured her name like it was the most precious word in the human language. "I'm not good for you," he said slowly. Ming stood straight up, scratching the back of his head - completely unsure about how to continue. "I've been with dozens of women, but I've never really belonged to anyone before. I don't know how to," he chuckled without humor. "I care about you, kid. I do. But, right now.. I don't know if I've ever even known love." He shoved his hands deep in his pockets, staring at his feet. "I still want you to stay at my place, but.. I'm not sure of my feelings at the moment," Ming told her gently, raising his pale green eyes to met hers. "Is that okay?"

"Oh, Dick. How I've missed you," a smirk fell on Ming's lips as he eyed the other man.

"Fill my inbox with dirty messages. You know you want to," he smirked like the pervert he was. 

"Pick it up with your mouth. And can you do something else for me while you're down there?"
