as much as i love the trope of a character falling fast and hard for someone, i also love the subtle descent where they don’t really think about it; where that person is just kind of there until one day they realize that person is so ingrained in their lives and they cannot do without them. where there is no conscious effort on either ends to become romantically involved but somehow the thought of them being with someone else is disconcerting. where “i enjoy being with you” unwittingly turns into “i want to be with you”

my favourite Bladebreakers headcanon is that when Kai enters their team, Takao is so happy to have this super-strong blader as an ally that he is willing to step on his own nosiness just to keep him around because he knows he’s already on thin ice, so Takao never enquires about Kai’s life at all, and the rest of the team follows suit, and Kai just becomes this secretive team member who does his own thing, doesn’t talk about himself, doesn’t answer questions, and it becomes so normal for the Bladebreakers to… not know shit about Kai that every new bit of information is treated as both sacred and cursed and it doesn’t help that they learn them in very random order, sometimes after many years, and completely out of context. “Kai speaks Russian????”

And if you check his arts on his gallery, he already added huge watermarks on some of his arts.
This is understandable. I see a lot of Bakuten Shoot Beyblade fans (especially on Facebook and Pinterest) shared his arts without any credits and permissions, being disrespectful to Aoki Takao.
I think, this is why Aoki Takao being stricter to post his arts.

Takara Tomy has teased a 25th Anniversary project for the Beyblade franchise, while the details are yet to be announced the video itself is quite exciting news for us!
I think the title “Road to” could imply multiple parts in the project that honour each of the generations in the franchise’s history.
