Traditional African beekeeping integrates intimate knowledge of the natural environment and the hive building traditions of indigenous communities. Beekeeping in Africa isn’t about conforming to the “agro-industrial practices and mindset”, but supplementing livelihoods and community needs.

I feel like I’ve been trying to fit in to this imaginary perception of who and what I should be versus who I actually am. But it’s so much better to be my true self.

I love this cabin! It’s small, well-designed, and a great mix of modern and rustic styles.
