More work on what will hopefully be Layla Farah's forest getaway aka the "Woodland Hostel" property in House Flipper 2. Definitely coming along, though the living room and kitchen are really the only rooms that have seen more than textures. A lot of hallway also needs textured, since I decided to go with the challenge of a more standard floor plan instead of my usual open spaces. There's a main stairway and a back stairway as well, making it easier to get around all three floors.

The orange room is the dining room, the green/grey room is the master bedroom, the small room with the huge windows will be the office, and the all-floral skinny room will be a bedroom for Layla's sister when she visits. The gym is going elsewhere, and if I have trouble fitting it in I'll just move furniture out of the living room and stick the gym equipment there.

Yet another new House Flipper 2 project, this time attempting to get Layla Farah to buy the "Woodland Hostel" property. I feel like I've done a "keep the roofs" challenge with this lot before, but it sounded amusing this morning so here we go again! This time, instead of building predominantly under the roof, we're building out both ends and around the sides for good measure.

Inside is going to be some sort of three-story conglomeration, though I'm not sure yet if lofts will be involved or if it'll be an actual standard floorplan kinda thing. The latter choice would definitely be a challenge for me lol. I kept a little bit of the seating from the original build as a palette jump-off point; you can see the items chilling in the front-left of the final screenie.
