The word diabolical is reserved for one thing and one thing only, and it is the scene where fake Claudia and fake Madielene start aggressively making out in front of Louis AND HE DOESNT TELL THEM TO STOP. Instead, he watches them and doesnt look away????

I have been very skeptical to a lot of the changes made from the book, not because i cant stand an adaptation that is not accurate but because i feel like they ignored Lestats backstory and therefore tossed his depth as a character away in favour of just making him a victim and traumatising him (so we will sympathise with him when the Akasha stuff happens i suppose). But I am soooo glad they cut down the Marius part, it was nearly impossible for me to finish the book when i got to his part.

But I wish they kept the part where Marius tells Lestat what NOT to do. And lestat treats it as a checklist of things to do.

Also Marius has an ugly haircut (he deserves it)

I recognise the guy that Daniel is interviewing soo much. I looked up the actor and i dont recognise anything he has done before. Does anyone know if he looks like someone else? I'm going crazy over this ahhah
