no but why would it be Louis of all people Armand is torturing?? Where is him throwing Lestat off that tower or trying to kill himself in 18th century Paris??? In fact where is lesmand???!!! and why must the writers only write gore for their black characters this season?? wtf

if someone asked me what was the point of tvl i genuinely wouldn’t even be able to answer. like, i’m not an avid hater of this season, it had some really good scenes and moments imo; though i do have my problems with it (the way they treated armand, the lack of content with anyone from the main cast who’s not lestat, etc). but truly….what did we watch really. Like sure, let’s say the chaotic and all-over-the-place POV was done on purpose because it’s Lestat’s perspective. In that case, we should have had this big reveal about how everything we watched was a lie, that would have been a great payoff. But even then, what really is the conclusion we’re supposed to leave with after watching this season??
