Falling in love this quickly is incredibly dumb. It feels inefficient and inadvisable.
And yet
*and yet nothing. Incredibly dumb.
It feels like an incredible and strange thing to travel half way across the world and have someone say they have never met anyone like you. I thought people like me were everywhere.
Speaking of loyalty and love, I just heard of this story of a woman who kidnapped a gang leader's mother because he kidnapped her husband. On one hand, it's messed up that mother had to go through that because of her son's actions, but on the other hand, DAMN that's a gangsta ass woman right here.
The wife of a man taken by a Mexican gang holds the gang boss's mother captive, proposing a swap.
"You want your mama back, give me my man." Chaotic neutral queen.

Chol Mabior at Robert Wun Couture FW 2026
That’s this
Goes to show how little I know
The really crazy part is the Twitter post is the original and the tumblr post is the one that's plagiarized
Net zero info ass post
We literally can see in both the screenshots that the tumblr post was posted first (also evilvillain123456789 lies recreationally, constantly) why are y'all so bad at fact-checking literally anything
How the hell do these things happen to me
Get shitty with the locals. Guy and I fuck around. Good times. He comes by the second night and he talks about what's happened to him in the last year, the sorrow. We trade war stories.
I leave tomorrow. I was hoping I'd see him one more time. Said to consider me if he takes another wife. Said I was hoping for another kiss and he said he'll remember the ones we had.
I'm actually upset. I actually cried.
I want to move here in general but seeing him would tear me up a bit.

"Is not man defined by struggle?" I think to myself as I struggle a bit too long to open a blueberry jam packet.
when i say warrior cats is the anead to watership down's illad and oddessy this is what the fuck i mean
not to put down "Kill me and live with the memory. Then tell the stars that you won." but this scene is the coolest shit to ever happen in this genre
"Hell-Fantasy (Sibyl and Aeneas in the underworld)" by the 16th- and 17th-century Dutch painter Jacob Isaacsz. van Swanenburg (Prisma / Alamy)
Before the term “dumpster fire” and the fictional weather event known as a shitstorm raged within our hearts and minds, there was the hellscape.
Before exploding into the common vernacular in the 2010s, the term flickered into existence in the 20th century to describe the horrors of the world wars. The word blips up into usage again in the middle of the century to retroactively categorize the paintings of Jan van Eyck and Hieronymous Bosch, and to visualize World War II and Vietnam. The word itself is a portmanteau coming to us from the world of painting: the Dutch artists of the 1600s began to paint landscapes—extensive views of the natural scenery. Scape—from the Dutch suffix -scap, denoting “condition,”

All this discourse over who does "painting with light"
Hiroshi Nagai's paintings need sunglasses to look at.
They look like how it feels to walk across a parking lot on a 98° summer day without a speck of shade in sight.
They look like heaven but also like you'd burn your bare feet on the ground.
Even when you can see shade you know it's not enough and the minute you step out you'll be burnt to a crisp like a vampire.
And it's BEAUTIFUL
I'll throw in the wonderful Eizin Suzuki into this ring too, a man whose work just breathes light without actually using dynamic lighting in the usual way. It's no surprise both Nagai and Suzuki are both considered prolific in art pertaining to the city pop genre because they're able to paint these kinds of scenes with a delicate touch.
This feels like I could trip on that radio and fall right into that water, feeling the crystal waves as I drop in.
And this, a nice stroll down a resort strip, where my sunscreened skin could literally feel cooked if I leaned too close to the tiling.
And then a nice stretch of summer street, wherein you could see your face in the flushed red of that car provided it didn't blind you from its sunny reflections.
I don't think I even need to say anything more, Suzuki's a massive influence in how he even places colours so warmly in such unorthodox manner. It's a naturally sunkissed talent~ 🌊
