Waiting 2 months and no response from tumblr support

I have been waiting ~TWO MONTHS since raising a support ticket and still not received any response. You are preventing me from using communication features on tumblr including asks, chat, and replies and have not told me why.
I sent a support request on 12 February. I provided the blog name and it was sent from the associated email address, explained the problem, provided screenshots, and I've heard NOTHING back. I replied to the automated email at the start of March for a follow-up, again providing information, and nothing.
I submitted a second request on 15 March just in case the first got lost somewhere and there's still NOTHING.
I am incapable of sending/receiving messages, replying to posts (including on my own blog!), or accessing my inbox. Other users are also incapable of contacting me. This doesn't seem to be a result of being blocked, because it is applying to everyone, including those I definitely know have NOT blocked me. This affects my primary blog AND several secondary blogs linked to it -- yet not all of them. If I try to open a chat with another user it simply displays an error message. Same if I try to comment on a post, or reply to a comment on a post, INCLUDING MY OWN POSTS.
I have tried logging in and out, clearing my browser cookies/cache, etc. I do not have this problem on my other primary blog. There is NO evidence that my blog has been marked as mature, and as far as I can tell NO evidence of violation of TOS etc. There aren't even any flagged posts! If I somehow did go against TOS I NEVER RECEIVED INFORMATION about it
WHY have you not even answered my support requests? Are you even looking at them? Also, for some reason, you are describing my support request as an "appeal". Appeal for what? I mean, I guess it's an appeal for you, tumblr, to fix a bug(?), but what do you mean? This implies that YOU made a decision to prevent me from using messaging features. I'd like to know WHY. You've not given any reason for it. You are constantly changing (breaking) features of the site and have now made it more unusable for me. You want me to stick around and view ads/pay for premium? Why would I do that if I CANNOT INTERACT WITH POSTS?

oh okay so I guess at some point someone on staff saw this post and now I have access to my private messages again. no idea if replies work but will go try that in a second.
and yet I still have not received an email about this. No-one ever replied to my support requests. Not even asking explicitly for an apology, just a RESPONSE to say they fixed whatever the fuck was wrong. And they won't even give that
