This is veryveryvery important. My wife was feeling down about herself the other night and asked me “why do I look like this?” And I immediately brought up a photo I had taken of a sculpture of Aphrodite I had taken at the Chicago MOMA. I said, “look at this picture. What does she look like?” And my wife very shyly answered “Me…” (Literally her body is IDENTICAL to the sculpture) so I replied “that is the Goddess Aphrodite. THAT is why your body looks like this.”

I very rarely reblog miscellaneous posts but there are some followers of mine who really need to see this.

Hi! Not sure if anyone has added onto the storie of the Lost Dutch Girls, as their case has been aptly named, but the photos were actually found a camera that had been in one of their bags. The phone was used to make several 911 calls (not actually 911 in Panama but I can’t recall the actual number right now) at several different points in the day and night over three days. There’s a photo on the camera that looks like Kris Kramers is bleeding. Their clothes were found next to a river, so people believed they may have drowned, but some of their remains have been found. There’s a tribe in Panama very near where they were hiking that they may have come across and many believe the tribe had something to do with their disappearance and demise. This case is VERY intriguing and I suggest anyone who is into true crime to look into it. May these lovely girls rest in peace and be brought to justice someday.

^^ their clothes were actually found FOLDED and dry! That’s why their parents believe there was foul play. Also, the trail they went on was a 12-hr hike (there and back) that was specifically to be taken with an experienced guide.
