Someone posted a photo of me from my last #npc competition. Almost two years ago. I don't have many photos from this comp so it's good to see a happy smiling one. It feels like it's been forever but I think of it daily. I haven't felt the drive or ready because of the horrible stress I was under while trying to compete. I honestly should have backed out for my health. It took the wind out of me. Looking back I'm still happy I competed. I wasn't very lean but two week before that I looked much even more puffy. The experience and stage time is always good. Not matter now "bad". I do love competing even though I find it so frustrating some times. Some day I will do it again, and do it with a much more positive mindset and cut out as much bullshit as I can. @soheefit has made me believe it's possible. I highly recommend following her and her journey. It's very motivating! I needed to find a variety of pictures related to my training and other such things. I found this baby and now realized it has been over a yeah and a half since I competed. I was smiling that day but in honesty I shouldn't have competed. That was such a negative prep I haven't gone back. I had some of the hardest stuff on my plate to date. I would like to compete again to change my mindset about it. I miss it. I also am interested in what I look like now after taking weight off. My muscle mass is up. I weigh 20 lbs more right now. I would have to drop 15 lbs-20lbs to compete. I wasn't very lean here and I would think now this would put me leaner.
