regulate your nervous system with your mornings. soft alarm. watch the sunrise. meditate to birdsong. write your little heart out and read the Word. pray. be present. sip on a warm beverage of choice. go on a morning walk while the world is still quiet. make your mind still. no stress. no rush.

some men send you to pilates on a random tuesday, coffee to your door every morning, weekly flowers and give you genuine love + care and others send you to therapy. choose wisely.

I just wanna go to the beach at night just to listen to the waves.
