Why do I always have to be the understanding one?

More Allies, Less Friends. My theory on this is as a business owner and adult, you really do not need friends that you sit and tell all your business to. You need Allies that bring something to the table. That can exchange value with you. That can offer you opportunities, assistance when needed. That offer support and yet everything is kept professional and friendly. Allies are important in war. And we are always in war. Spiritual and physical. Friends are liabilities and come with too much jealousy and emotion. God and The Divine, is the truest friend of all. The ultimate confidant. And I believe your chosen partner should be your best friend. And that’s how I choose to live my life going forward.

Your partner is the person you are leading your life with. They are the most intimate person in your life. They see every flaw, every secret, every emotion you experience. They should be viewed as your best friend. A person you do majority of things with. Even business. Ideally. That’s how I want it to be.
