Some people get a glow-up after college, this guy got a blow-up instead. Man, he got massive! Look how tiny he used to be, a real cute twink. Now he doesn’t remind anyone of a twink anymore. I am not sure how much cardio my belly can handle

My dr told me on multiple occasions to stop eating fast food due to recent blood work and my blood pressure. I can’t stop. I’m addicted to the feeling of being full, and even if I try to stop, I have to order until I feel like I’m going to be sick at every meal. I just eat in public now and I crave the feeling it gives me. I don’t know how to stop.
