Yes, but as a note: You must DECLARE AFFIRMATIVELY that you are invoking your right to remain silent!! If you just stay silent, you haven’t actually invoked the right. It’s an annoying legal thing, but you have to speak in order to stay silent. All you have to do is say “I am exercising my right to remain silent” (and then DO remain silent after that!).

That last bit is due to a somewhat recent Supreme Court decision.

i watched 6x07 last night and if for nothing else, andre braugher should win an emmy just for that reveal of operation: triple dragon. the way he belts “CAMERAS!” as if he’s oprah presenting her audience with cars, the way he rattles off that acronym…. pure gold.
