Here me out: Madagio in all ways looks like a Fed (white skin, creative/"god" like entity, connection to clones) but in reality HATED them- likely due to the Feds ruining her life in the past. Ash sees this symbol of the thing he hates but finds out they're much more alike in reality.

Like maybe for a stream its Madagio!Fit again, where she explains real Fit is off ...... and they have an agreement so his absence doesnt look suspicious or smth

Ash goes to Fit for another talk (bc that shit was CATHARTIC OMDSS) and Madagio (either at the end or beginning) reveals himself. Ash is on edge but after Madagio explains the situation, a sense of kinship can grow. Ash would still be on edge ofc, hes suspicious and would rather it be the real Fit but I NEED them slowly realising they may be in similar situations.

2 points i didnt get to say

1) Madagio, no matter what they think or want, is getting comfortable around the islanders!! Ik Fit changing to his cat form was probably mostly just to get a reaction from us, but also HES DOING IT AROUND PPL. IF MADAGIO GETS CAUGHT LIKE THAT THEYRE VERY VULNERABLE BUT THEY STILL DO IT (also madagio staring at the other cat eas cutee)

2) If we get a Fit-Madagio team up, I want to see a confrontation w Multi!! With his mad scientist persona, the experiements and (if it gets out by then) the clones, i imagine it'll be triggering for both of them but ESPECIALLY MADAGIO.

I want to see Madagio freaking out and visibly scared/hostile to Multi, i want Fit being shocked at seeing that vulnerability and raw emotion, being uncomfortable knowing what Madagio did but understanding its complicated even if he doesnt fully know exacts.

Bonus points if its a small reaction at first and Fit confronts Madagio about it later before they blow up.

Anyways, as much as we want madagios getting his(her? Their? Idk? Comeuppance straight away- as much as that would be great- I want them to WORK TOGETHER against the feds

I want Fit to stare madagio in the eye, spit in Madagios face about being just as BAD as the Feds, but recognise he is not EVIL. Madagios actions scream rage grief anger helplessness towards the Feds, someone consumed by revenge. I want them reluctantly working together and Fit, pissed the whole time but recognising there is a bigger picture here, to give an olive branch DESPITE all of Madagios wrongdoings.

Basically, imagine them as the scene in undertale where after beating omega flowy, you forgive him instead of killing him, and flowy doesnt understand
